    Abstract: A focus ring for a plasma-based semiconductor processing tool is designed to provide and/or ensure etch rate uniformity across a wafer during a plasma etch process. The focus ring may include an angled inner wall that is angled away from a center of the focus ring to direct a plasma toward the wafer. The angle of the angled inner wall may be greater than approximately 130 degrees relative to the top surface of the wafer and/or may be less than approximately 50 degrees relative to an adjacent lower surface of the focus ring to reduce and/or eliminate areas of overlapping plasma on the wafer (which would otherwise cause non-uniform etch rates). Moreover, an inner diameter may be configured to be in a range of approximately 209 millimeters to 214 millimeters to further reduce and/or eliminate areas of overlapping plasma on the wafer.

    Abstract: A sensor device includes a plurality of wires that are adapted to be disposed on an object, a control circuit that is electrically coupled to the wires, and a conductive member that is electrically coupled to the control circuit. Each of the wires has a detection section. The conductive member is operable to contact the detection sections of the wires. The detection sections are urged to move relative to the conductive member when the object is deformed, so that a quantity of the detection sections in contact with the conductive member varies with deformation of the object. When the conductive member is in contact with the detection section of any one of the wires, the conductive member and the one of the wires cooperatively form one closed circuit. The control circuit is adapted to transmit data of a quantity of the closed circuit to an external device.

    Abstract: A heat-dissipating component for a mobile device includes a case body, a micro pump, and a heat dissipation tube plate. The case body has a vent hole and a positioning accommodation trough. The bottom of the positioning accommodation trough is in communication with the vent hole. The micro pump is disposed in the positioning accommodation trough and corresponds to the vent hole The heat dissipation tube plate has cooling fluid inside. One end of the heat dissipation tube plate is fixed on the positioning accommodation trough and contacts a heating element of the mobile device. The gas transmitted by the micro pump forms gas flow so as to perform heat exchange with heat absorbed by the heat dissipation tube plate, and the gas flow is discharged out through the vent hole.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a structure of uniform-temperature heat dissipation device. A thermal plate is disposed on a heat-emitting device on a substrate correspondingly. A thermal assembly is disposed on the thermal plate correspondingly and includes an outer casing and a thermal casing. The outer casing is disposed on the thermal plate. The thermal casing is disposed inside the outer casing. The thermal casing includes a heat dissipation fluid inside. By using the flow of the heat dissipation fluid inside the thermal casing, the heat from the heat-emitting device can be dissipated rapidly. Finally, a first heat dissipation member and a limiting recess clamp the outer casing and the first heat dissipation member can further dissipate the heat from the thermal assembly.

    Abstract: A temperature and humidity sensor module sensing method for enabling a temperature and humidity sensor in an electric product to provide the detected humidity message to a micro control unit for determination. According to the characteristic curve of a known humidity sensor, the micro control unit determines that the humidity value rising slope exceeds a predetermined rising slope for a specific period of time, or the relative humidity rises a predetermined percentage for a specified period of time, or a high humidity limit continues for a specific period of time, indicating that the surface of the temperature and humidity sensor is attached or condensed with water molecules. Then, the micro control unit controls the heating element to heat-dry the temperature and humidity sensor, keeping the temperature and humidity sensor in the optimal working condition.

    Abstract: A temperature and humidity sensor module heat drying structure used in an electrical product is disclosed to include a temperature and humidity sensor, a heating element and a micro control unit. When the humidity value detected by the temperature and humidity sensor surpasses a predetermined reference value, the micro control unit controls the heating element to heat the temperature and humidity sensor, evaporating water from the surface of the temperature and humidity sensor. After a period of time, when the humidity value detected by the temperature and humidity sensor is lower than the predetermined reference value, the heating operation is stopped, keeping the temperature and humidity sensor in optimal working condition.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a water quality sensor for household appliance which is installed inside of a washing appliance, including a housing and a detecting module contained therein. The detecting module includes a light emitting element for emitting a detecting beam passing through the transparent panel, and a light receiving element for receiving a backscattered beam generated from the detecting beam and backscattered by the cleaning medium. The light emitting element and the light receiving element are positioned on a same plane of a circuit board parallel to the transparent panel, and the detecting beam emitted from the light emitting element is blocked by a sensor holder from being directly received by the light receiving element, such that the water quality sensor determines the water quality of the cleaning medium contained in the household appliance based on the backscattered beam.
