    Abstract: A memory device including a plurality of word lines, a plurality of bit lines, at least four control lines and a plurality of memory cells is provided. The bit lines are disposed in a perpendicular direction of the word lines. Each memory cell is disposed at an intersection of one of the word lines and one of the bit lines, and every four sequential memory cells having a common word line are connected to the four control lines respectively. In addition, in each of the memory cells, the control line thereof is disposed between the bit line thereof and the word line thereof, and is parallel to the bit line thereof, wherein each of the memory cell is provided as a bit.

    Abstract: An electrical discharge machine for improving the guide alignment base structure consisting of a guide alignment base having vertical threaded holes. Furthermore, the guide alignment base has axial adjustment holes that are respectively aligned with the vertical threaded holes, the diameters of the axial adjustment holes slightly larger than the diameters of the vertical threaded holes to enable the insertion of adjustment screws through the axial adjustment holes and fastening into the vertical threaded holes. With a spherical body in between serving as a center, the adjustment screws tilt the guide alignment base forward, backward, leftward, and rightward to adjust the perpendicularity of the guide. Horizontal adjustment screws through the guide alignment base secure the guide alignment base transversely such that the guide alignment base effectively achieves stable positioning to thereby prevent the vertical and horizontal deviation of the guide alignment base when it is impacted.

    Abstract: A small hole electric discharge machining equipment automatic electrode change device in which the electrode docking turntable has a plurality of mounting slots that are circularly disposed at equal intervals apart, with a magnet situated at each mounting slot, thereby holding each electrode chuck in the mounting slots which are at the same time is attracted to a magnet for firm positioning. When the change of the electrode chuck on the quick-release collet is required, a first cylinder forwards the electrode docking turntable and the mounting slot receives the change electrode chuck, which is at the same attracted to a magnet. The quick-release collet then releases the change electrode chuck, following which the machining rotatory spindle automatically rises and the electrode docking turntable returns to its original position.

    Abstract: A method for forming a semiconductor device by self-aligned is provided. The present method provides a substrate and a multilayer structure formed on the substrate. A patterned first layer is formed on the multilayer structure, and a second layer is then formed on the patterned first layer and the multilayer structure. An etching step is performed to partially etch the second layer. A third layer is formed and then is partially removed. Another etching step etches the patterned first layer. The multilayer structure is etched to expose the substrate. The third layer is also etched. A gate layer is formed on the semiconductor device, wherein a plurality of implanted regions are formed inside the substrate not covered by the multilayer structure.

    Abstract: A blade gripping mechanism in a heavy duty artistic knife includes a straight handle combined with a first and a second halves and secured by a pair of screws. The straight handle has a tubular projection in front end for elastically disposing a positioning member which has a pair of tenons symmetrically formed on opposing outer peripheries and a rectangular receiving space in rear end for releasably disposing a tool box therein. A head has a first annular ring on rear end sleeved on the tubular projection including two pairs of mortises in an inner flange made engageable with the tenons and an annular gap in communication with a flat gap in the body. A blade rack having a second annular co-axially sleeved on the tubular projection together with the first annular ring and a blade disposing space in side of a flat upright for placing a blade therein. When changing a new blade, press the blade rack downward to have it rotating out of the flat gap and then push it in again after the changing of the blade.

    Abstract: An artistic knife with adjustable handle includes a straight handle which is combined with a pair of first and second halves, a head rotatably gripped by the straight handle and having a blade on front end and an annular ring on rear end sleeved on a tubular projection of the first half. The annular ring has an inner flange in which a plurality of pairs of mortises are symmetrically formed. A positioning member disposes into the tubular projection and biased by a spring and has a protrudent surface engaged within a circular through hole of the second half through the annular ring and a large tenon and a small tenon on opposing outer peripheries respectively engaged with the mortises. Thereby, press the positioning member inward to enable the head to rotate a certain degree of angle between the head and the straight handle. Then release the positioning member which controls the movement of the head.

The single-tank oily-water separation system utilizes a water level sensor to control the switch of an electric magnetic valve and the discharge of oily-water fabrication liquid from an oil discharge pipe and a water discharge pipe. The dual-tank oily-water separation system directs fabrication liquid into a filtration tank such that fabrication liquid enters a water storage tank through a water discharge pipe and the floating oil flows into an oil storage tank from an oil discharge pipe. The triple-tank oily-water separation system includes a water filtration tank and an oil filtration tank with the water filtration tank divided into two tanks by a separation board. The floating oil in the upper oil layer enters an oil filtration tank through a flow pipe and enters the oil storage tank through an oil discharge pipe.
