    Abstract: An ultrasonic cutter includes a tool holder and an ultrasonic oscillator. The tool holder has a lower circular air-out aisle defined by sleeving an inner ring and an outer ring. The inner ring has oppositely a first surface and a second surface, and the outer ring has oppositely a third surface and a fourth surface. A gap spacing the first surface from the third surface has an upper air inlet and a lower air outlet. The second surface has a lower inner inclined surface forming a first angle with the first surface. The fourth surface has an outer inclined surface forming a second angle with the third surface. The ultrasonic oscillator, disposed in a chamber of the tool holder spatially connected with the gap, is used for providing ultrasonic oscillation to a cutter. In addition, a cooling and chip diversion system for the ultrasonic cutter is also provided.

    Abstract: A feeding module includes a slider and a guider. The slider includes two sliding portions, a first connecting portion and four sliding blocks with hydrostatic bearing. Each sliding portion has a first through hole. The first connecting portion is connected to the sliding portions. Two of the sliding blocks are disposed in the first through hole in one of the sliding portions, another two of the sliding blocks are disposed in the first through hole in another one of the sliding portions. Each sliding blocks has a second through hole. The guider includes two cylindrical portions corresponding to the two sliding portions. One of the cylindrical portions penetrates through the second through holes in two of the sliding blocks. Another one of the cylindrical portions penetrates through the second through holes in another two of the sliding blocks.

    Abstract: A twin rotation driving apparatus is provided, including a base body, an axle unit pivotally connected to the base body for carrying a workpiece, a first driving unit disposed on the base body and having a first gear set connected to the axle unit and a first motor coaxially connected to the first gear set, and a second driving unit disposed on the base body and having a second gear set connected to the axle unit and a second motor coaxially connected to the second gear set. The twin rotation driving apparatus includes two motors and two gear sets. Therefore, smaller motors can be included in the twin rotation driving apparatus, and the twin rotation driving apparatus is compact and can still generate great enough torques.

    Abstract: A backlash eliminating device for helical gears is provided for a gear transmission system which includes a transmission shaft, two helical gears and a match gear. A sleeve mounted on the transmission shaft has an outer wall, an inner wall and at least two sections of spiral grooves penetrating through the outer wall and the inner wall. The sleeve includes a transmission part and two extremity parts. The transmission part is disposed between the spiral grooves, and is fixedly connected to the transmission shaft. The extremity parts are disposed outside of the spiral grooves. The helical gears are fixedly connected to the two extremity parts. The sleeve having the spiral grooves provides a preload spring force along an axial direction of the transmission shaft, so that the two helical gears are tightly engaged with the match gear.
