    Abstract: A wireless apparatus, a base station, and a communication controlling method are provided. A communication controlling system comprises the wireless apparatus and the base station. The wireless apparatus is configured to transmit a connection request to the base station and then enter a connection setup communication procedure. The wireless apparatus enters a temporary waiting status during a waiting duration after transmitting the connection request. The wireless apparatus stays in the connection setup communication procedure in the temporary waiting status. The communication controlling method is able to perform the same operations as those performed by the wireless apparatus and the base station is able to perform the operations corresponding to the wireless apparatus.

    Abstract: A wireless communication system and an authentication method thereof are provided. The wireless communication system includes a User Equipment (UE), an Evolved Node B (eNodeB), a Home Subscriber Server (HSS), and a Mobility Management Entity (MME). Before the UE enters an Attachment Procedure, the MME is configured to acquire an Authentication Vector from the HSS in advance, and transmit, based on the Authentication Vector, a first Authentication Vector corresponding to the UE to the UE and a second Authentication Vector corresponding to the eNodeB to the eNodeB in advance. The eNodeB is configured to transmit a UE identifier to the UE. The UE is configured to complete an Authentication procedure with the eNodeB according to the UE identifier and the Authentication Vector.

    Abstract: A device to device (D2D) user equipment and a base station are provided. The D2D user equipment includes a transceiver and a processor. The transceiver receives a wireless signal having a hybrid access channel carrying a D2D hybrid access map. The processor is electrically connected to the transceiver retrieves the D2D hybrid access map from the hybrid access channel. The D2D hybrid access map indicates a D2D resource block. A first D2D user equipment transmits a D2D hybrid access request to a second D2D user equipment via the D2D resource block and the second D2D user equipment transmits a D2D hybrid access response to the first D2D user equipment via the D2D resource block. Accordingly, the first D2D user equipment and the second D2D user equipment perform D2D data transmission according to the D2D data transmission information carried in the D2D hybrid access response.

The indicator is related to a cell-specific MBS configuration of the base station. The control channel allocation is an allocation that the mobile apparatus has to read when it is in power-saving mode and when it has to receive MBS data. The MBS data is related to the MBS zone. The mobile apparatus reads the indicator in power-saving mode and can derive the cell-specific MBS configuration according to the indicator. The mobile apparatus does not have to search the whole frame to derive the cell-specific MBS configuration.

The mobile device performs a data transmission procedure with the primary base station during an available interval of a low-duty mode to communicate with the backhaul network device via the primary base station, and performs a connection keeping procedure with the backup base station during an unavailable interval of the low-duty mode. While the data transmission procedure fails, the mobile device performs a data transmission recovery procedure with the backup base station immediately so as to continuously communicate with the backhaul network device via the backup base station.

The public network device inquires the inner network address of the private network device and the outer network address corresponding to the inner network address from the network address record device, and generates a packet according to the inner network address and the outer network address corresponding to the inner network address. The network address translation server receives the packet from the public network device, and transmits the packet to the public network device.
