  • Publication number: 20230417062
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a clip system and methods for using same for the attachment of finish panels to modular walls. The clip system includes a lower portion for attachment to the modular wall, an upper portion with a receptacle for attaching the panel, and a middle portion connecting the upper and lower portions. The middle portion further allows movement between portions so that the clip system can be expanded in two axial directions for precise panel placement. Further panels can be adjusted about the upper portion in a third axial direction. Thus, the clip system facilitates panel positioning and attachment in an exact, three-dimensional location on the modular wall.

  • Patent number: 10275544
Abstract: A project architectural design plan file represents information about an architectural design plan. The project architectural design plan file is compliant with a standardized program, and within each program, includes a plurality of prefabricated building modules. The requirements for the project are dictated by the program, which is included in the project as a program standards file. The requirements for the prefabricated building modules are set out in module design files. Information about components of the prefabricated building module is embedding in links of the project architectural design plan file.

  • Patent number: 10156302
Abstract: A system for organizing, insulating and supporting pipes within a mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) rack including a composite panel supported in the rack, the composite panel being fabricated from a first non-metallic panel and a second metallic panel, the first panel being adhered to a rear surface of the second panel. A plurality of passageways extend through the composite panel, each passageway being defined by a first opening extending through the first panel and a second opening extending through the second panel. So that the innermost diameter of the first passageway is defined by the first panel, the second opening is arranged concentrically around the first opening.

  • Patent number: 10144625
Abstract: The present disclosure generally pertains to a system for lifting and moving pre-fabricated building modules. In certain embodiments, a lifting apparatus is provided, wherein a frame is configured to attach to the exterior surface of a pre-fabricated module and wherein the lifting apparatus, along with an attached pre-fabricated module, may be lifted and moved either by rolling the lifting apparatuses or by hoisting the pre-fabricated module using a crane attached to brackets on the lifting apparatuses. The height of the lifting apparatus may be adjusted using a source of force, such as a crank-operated or hydraulic jack, to attach the lifting apparatus to a pre-fabricated module.
