  • Publication number: 20240122650
Abstract: Provided is a method that encompasses the determination of a virtual trajectory within a virtual representation of a patient's anatomy, wherein the trajectory is defined by a user's visual axis relative to the three-dimensional virtual representation of the patient's anatomy. The method includes acquiring image data which describes the three-dimensional virtual representation of the patient's body part, acquiring position data which describes a spatial position of a user's visual axis within a virtual-world co-ordinate system, determining visualization data based on the image data and the position data, and determining virtual-world trajectory data based on the position data.

  • Publication number: 20230189774
Abstract: A protective head for bait fish that enables rapid adjustment of line position and bait shape without restringing the line or replacing hooks. The line runs through a plug that fits into any of several holes in the front of the bait protector. Using different holes changes the spin of the bait. To change holes, the plug is removed from its hole by sliding it along the line, the line is shifted to another hole along slots that connect the holes, and the plug is reinserted into the new hole; no rerigging is needed. Embodiments of the invention may also use a tuning wire that is inserted through the cup face and into the bait, and that can be bent to shape the bait as desired. The bait protector cup depth exceeds that of other protectors, eliminating the need for precise cuts to fit bait into the cup.

  • Patent number: 9338669
Abstract: A UE configured to adjust a L3 filter coefficient, comprises initializing a first filter coefficient of a first filter and a second filter coefficient of a second filter based on a primary filter coefficient of a primary filter received from an associated wireless network entity; adjusting the primary filter coefficient by one of: setting the primary filter coefficient to the first filter coefficient if a first difference between a measurement result of the primary filter and a first measurement result of the first filter is less than a first coefficient threshold and setting the primary filter coefficient to the second filter coefficient if a second difference between the measurement result of the primary filter and a second measurement result of the second filter is less than a second coefficient threshold; and applying the adjusted primary filter coefficient to measurements of one or more cells in an active cell set.

  • Publication number: 20150327101
Abstract: A user equipment takes measurements in response to a triggering event (402). The measurements may include measurements relating to maintaining a connection with the network. The measurements may also include measurements directed by a network. The user equipment evaluates its signal conditions (404) and, if it is experiencing unfavourable signal conditions, discards measurements other than those relating to maintaining a connection with the network and prepares a report relating to only those measurements (408).

  • Publication number: 20150296401
Abstract: In accordance with an example embodiment of the present invention, a method is disclosed that comprises obtaining a new signal quality threshold based on a base signal quality threshold and a context-sensitive buffer margin and setting a current triggering threshold to the obtained new signal quality threshold if the current triggering threshold is smaller than the obtained new signal quality threshold.
