  • Publication number: 20110171028
Abstract: A wind turbine including at least one component with a surface is provided. The surface is coated at least in part with a refractory layer, preferably a boron-based refractory layer. Further, a wind farm including such a wind turbine and a method are provided.
    Type: Application
    Filed: January 10, 2011
    Publication date: July 14, 2011
Inventors: Andreas Christian Hohle, Christian Hohmann, Claudia Kummer, Helmut Kölpin, Ying Li, Brice Tchemtchoua
  • Publication number: 20110171463
Abstract: A wind power plant is provided including at least one component with a surface. The surface is coated at least partially with a hard material layer, preferably a vanadium-based hard material layer. Further, a wind park and a method of improving a characteristic of a surface of a component of a wind power plant are provided.

  • Publication number: 20100281848
Abstract: A burner having two ignition electrodes and a bracket is provided. The bracket is arranged on the outer surface of the burner and the ignition electrodes are held, at in each case three points of their periphery, in a fixed position using the bracket. A gas turbine with the burner is also provided.

  • Patent number: 7568886
Abstract: The invention relates to a rotor of a non-positive-displacement machine which, when exposed, has an inspection area which is visible from the outside and inside of which a comparatively uncritical load occurs during the operation of the non-positive-displacement machine. In addition, the rotor, when exposed, has a monitoring area which is not visible from the outside and inside of which a comparatively critical load occurs during the operation of the non-positive-displacement machine. The rotor also has a weak point provided in the form of a predetermined breaking point having the shape of a notch and located in inspection area. In order to improve the reliability of the non-positive-displacement machine, a recess, particularly a release bore hole, is provided for delimiting the weak point, and the uncritical defect can terminate inside said release bore hole.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 10, 2005
Date of Patent: August 4, 2009
