  • Publication number: 20210161805
Abstract: A capsule includes a compressible reservoir and a gas generating unit disposed in a housing. A threshold valve seals an opening in the housing, through which contents of the reservoir may exit the capsule. Gas generated by the gas generating unit increases pressure in the capsule, thereby compressing the reservoir. When a pressure acting on the threshold valve reaches a threshold pressure, the threshold valve opens, releasing contents of the reservoir.

  • Publication number: 20180271752
Abstract: A system for administering a medicament includes a plurality of capsules, a capsule dispenser, and a capsule activator. Each of the capsules includes a reservoir containing a medicament and an outlet in communication with the reservoir through which the medicament exits the capsule. The capsule dispenser releasably contains the ingestible capsules and is adapted to dispense the capsules to a user in accordance with a predetermined schedule. The capsule activator activates the dispensed capsules prior to administration to the user.

  • Patent number: 9266439
Abstract: In the case of a multi-voltage on-board power supply system for a motor vehicle having a hybrid or electric drive, comprising a dc-dc converter, by means of which a high voltage level having a higher direct-current voltage and at least a first energy storage device is connected to a low voltage level having a lower voltage and at least a second energy storage device, wherein the system comprises a charging interface for charging external devices, at least one converter phase of the dc-dc converter can be disconnected from the low voltage level and instead can be connected with the charging interface, and a third energy storage device can be connected to the charging interface in order to supply the third energy storage device with a lower voltage and permit a charging of the third energy storage device by the energy flow from the first energy storage device.

  • Patent number: 9135217
Abstract: At least one weighting value is determined in a manner that is influenced by a vehicle user. A maximum released power, which a predefined electrical consumer of the motor vehicle may consume, is determined as a function of the weighting value. The power consumption of the electrical consumer is controlled as a function of the maximum power that is released.
