The shaft (30) is connected with the proximal end (12) of the catheter (10), and comprises a driving mechanism and a wire (34). Wherein, the wire (34) is connected to the driving mechanism at one end and connected to the at least one valve (20) at an opposite end. The driving mechanism is configured to create a sudden movement of the at least one valve (20) toward the proximal end (12) of the catheter (10). By using the thrombus removal device (100), thrombus can be removed from the body of a subject more efficiently.

    Abstract: A syringe includes a sleeve and a pressure vessel with high pressure fluid therein. The sleeve further comprises a sleeve piston. As the high pressure vessel contacts the sleeve piston, and a bump on the sleeve piston destroys the airtight status of the high pressure vessel. While the seal of the high pressure vessel is removed, the compressed fluid flows into the sleeve through the opening of the high pressure vessel and the hole of the sleeve piston. When the closed end of the sleeve moves closer to the closed end of the sleeve piston, the fluid in the sleeve is pressed and flows out of the sleeve through the sleeve hole of the sleeve.

When the first and second bone plates are located on the bone, the second bone plate is adapted to be moved relatively to the first bone plate, such that the first and second stacking portions are stacked with each other and the first and second extending portions are expanded relatively. A surgery device and a method for bone plate implant suitable for the bone plate structure is also provided.
