Abstract: A multiple-fold automatic umbrella includes: a control device having a push button slidably held in the grip for controlling the opening and closing of the umbrella, an opening controller of the control device formed as a sliding plate transversely slidably mounted in a middle portion of of push button for opening the umbrella from a closed state of the umbrella; and a closing controller of the control device having a lower latch contiguous to a middle portion of the push button to be depressed by the push button for closing an opened umbrella, whereby upon a direct depression of the push button without considering an upper button portion or a lower button portion of the push button, an umbrella can be opened or closed conveniently and ergonomically, thereby simplifying the structure and operation of the control device of the automatic umbrella.

Abstract: A multiple-fold automatic umbrella includes: a control device for controlling the opening and closing of the umbrella by excavating the grip of the umbrella for reducing the weight and volume of the umbrella for making a compact foldable umbrella, an opening controller of the control device formed as a sliding plate transversely slidably mounted in an upper portion of the grip for opening the umbrella from a closed state of the umbrella; and a spring plate held in the grip for respectively urging the opening controller formed on the upper portion of the grip and a closing controller of the control device having a sliding latch slidably mounted in a lower portion of the grip for closing an opened umbrella, thereby simplifying the control device and the grip of the automatic umbrella.

Abstract: An umbrella includes: central shaft having a bucket holding portion recessed in a bottom grip portion of a handle of the hollow central shaft, and a ladle telescopically securable in the hollow central shaft and the handle having a bucket portion formed on an outer end of the ladle, whereby upon a withdrawal of the ladle from the central shaft, the bucket portion can be protruded forwardly to pick up a golf ball when far hit into a lake or a pond in the golf course.

Abstract: An automatic umbrella includes: a central shaft, a rib assembly for securing an umbrella cloth thereon, an opening spring for resiliently opening the umbrella, a plurality of closing springs for resiliently closing the umbrella, and a control device for controlling the opening or closing of the umbrella by depressing an upper portion or a lower portion of a push button of the control device with the control device including an anti-false operation safety device having a pair of lugs protruding downwardly from a collar resiliently held in a grip of the central shaft for normally shielding a depression of the lower portion of the push button for preventing an unexpected closing operation of an umbrella which is not fully opened after depressing the upper portion of the push button.
