  • Patent number: 6996949
Abstract: The packaging container includes a container body formed from a packaging material, and a cap unit attached to a top wall of the container body. The cap unit includes a lip, a pull tab which covers a discharge opening and an inner tape which covers the discharge opening portion from a reverse side of the packaging material. Since the cap is attached to the packaging material in advance of forming the container, positioning of the container body is not required for cap attachment.

  • Publication number: 20040045854
Abstract: An object is to improve the quality of a packaging container (11), simplify the structure of a packaging container manufacturing apparatus while reducing the cost thereof. The packaging container (11) comprises a container body (12) formed from a packaging material (21), and a cap unit (C) attached to a cap attachment portion of a top wall (13) of the container body (12). The cap unit (C) includes a collar portion (15), a pull tab (17) which covers, from an outer side of the packaging material (21), a discharge opening portion defined on the packaging material to correspond to the cap attachment portion, an inner tape (31) which covers the discharge opening portion from a reverse side of the packaging material (21), and a lid portion (16) which is fitted into the collar portion (15) via the pull tab (17). In this case, since the cap (14) is attached to the packaging material (21) in advance, the cap (14) is not required to be attached to the container body (12) after the container body (12) is positioned.

  • Patent number: 5765710
Abstract: A packaging container includes a holding container thermoformed from a multi-layer sheet made of a resin, a lid made of resin and adapted for sealing the holding container, and an exterior covering surrounding the exterior of the holding container and made of a non-metallic material having a hardness and a thermal insulating performance higher than those of the holding container. Since no metal is used in the packaging container, the packaging container can be easily crushed after being thrown away, and the collection of the packaging container can be made easier. Since the holding container and the lid are made of resin and the exterior covering is made of a non-metallic material, food in the packaging container can be directly heated by dielectric heating. According, the food can be heated to a sufficient temperature within a short time.
