  • Patent number: 10643163
Abstract: A schedule determination device includes an acquisitor, a setter, and a determiner. The acquisitor acquires indexes of an operation schedule of a device and constraint conditions of the indexes. The setter sets a second range, which is narrower than a first range set in the operation schedule before a change, as a range for values of variables that establish constraint conditions of indexes of a new operation schedule. The determiner determines the operation schedule of the device, using the variable values within the second range.

  • Patent number: 9946242
Abstract: An optimized operation schedule of a control-target apparatus is ensured while maximally reducing a burden share to a facility operator. An energy predictor sets, for a control-target apparatus, a predicted value of energy consumption or energy supply within a predetermined future time period based on process data. A schedule optimizer optimizes an operation schedule of the control-target apparatus within the predetermined time period with a predetermined evaluation barometer based on the predicted value, the characteristic of the control-target apparatus, and the process data. An approval request determiner determines a necessity of an approval for a latest operation schedule based on a preset determining condition. A determination result transmitter transmits a determination result by the approval request determiner.

Abstract: In accordance with embodiments, a server room managing air conditioning system includes: a first coil; a second coil; and an air supply fan. The first coil adjusts returned air of a server room to a predetermined temperature value lower than a supplied air temperature target value and dehumidifies the returned air. The second coil adjusts the returned air of the server room to a predetermined temperature value higher than the supplied air temperature target value so that the supplied air temperature target value and a supplied air humidity target value can be achieved when the returned air is mixed with air adjusted by the first coil. The air supply fan mixes the returned air and supplies the mixed returned air as the supplied air to the server room.

Abstract: A battery controller has a holder, a calculator, an acquirer, a calculator, and a controller. The holder holds, at a predetermined time, a value of a received power supplied from an electrical power receiving system to equipment supplied with power from a rechargeable battery. A calculator calculates a difference between a present value of the received power and a last-held value of the received power last-held by the holder at the predetermined time. An acquirer acquires a command value of the received power for each predetermined time period defined by a predetermined time interval. A calculator calculates a limit value of the received power for each time that is shorter than the predetermined time, based on the command value of the received power for each predetermined time period. A controller controls charge and discharge in the rechargeable battery, based on the calculated difference and on the limit value.
