    Abstract: A tire data processing device includes: a data acquisition unit to acquire surface shape data indicating a tire surface shape; a reference point setting unit to set a reference point having a radial direction value predetermined at each of a plurality of axial positions in a tire axial direction; a symmetrical reference point selection unit to select, from a plurality of the reference points, a pair of reference points disposed at symmetrical axial positions with respect to a tire equatorial plane; a reference point replacement unit to replace one or both of the pair of reference points such that radial direction values of the pair of reference points are coincident with each other; and a comparison result generation unit to compare the pair of reference points having the coincident radial direction value with a measurement point cloud of the surface shape data to generate a comparison result predetermined.

    Abstract: Provided are a cutting device and method. A blade receiving portion crossing a cord-embedded rubber sheet member is disposed in one surface side in a thickness direction of the rubber sheet member placed in a conveying mechanism. A cutting blade disposed in the other surface side is held by a holder that rotates about a turning shaft extending in the thickness direction of the rubber sheet member. In a state where a cutting-edge advancement direction turns about the turning shaft, a turning restoring force that restores the cutting-edge advancement direction to a preset moving direction is constantly applied by a turning restoring mechanism to the holder before cutting the rubber sheet member. The rubber sheet member is sandwiched in the thickness direction by the cutting blade and the blade receiving portion, and the cutting blade is moved in the extension direction of cords to cut between the cords.

    Abstract: A tire includes shoulder main grooves, circumferential narrow grooves disposed between the shoulder main grooves and each having a groove width of 0.5 mm to 3.0 mm, and five or more rows of land portions defined by the shoulder main grooves and the circumferential narrow grooves. A first land portion includes S-shaped sipes that extend through the first land portion in a width direction. A second land portion includes S-shaped sipes that extend through the second land portion in the width direction, and the second land portion is a rib including a continuous road contact surface in a tire circumferential direction when the tire comes into contact with the ground. Connection portions of the S-shaped sipes of the first and second land portions with respect to the circumferential narrow grooves are at identical positions in the tire circumferential direction.
