  • Publication number: 20200394162
Abstract: An operation management method for a distributed ledger system, wherein, in copying data to a distributed ledger included in a first distributed ledger node from a distributed ledger included in a second distributed ledger node group in the distributed ledger system when a content of the distributed ledger held by the first distributed ledger node is less than a content of the distributed ledger held by the second distributed ledger node group, the first distributed ledger node determines a second distributed ledger node group serving as a copy source, and a copy location in a distributed ledger in each distributed ledger node included in the second distributed ledger node group in the distributed ledger system, based on predetermined criteria for a predetermined attribute related to the distributed ledger node.

  • Patent number: 9712404
Abstract: In performance estimation when the configuration of a computer system is changed, the influence, on performance, of a temporary increase in load to a computer system due to reallocation of a process request allocated to a degenerated server to another server as a result of server degeneration is taken into consideration. In an embodiment, an information processing device which evaluates the performance of the computer system estimates the performance of the computer system when operation of a server included in the computer system is stopped based on the throughput required for the server at the time of operation stop and outputs the estimated performance of the computer system.

  • Patent number: 9513957
Abstract: A plurality of process content is retained, said process content including identifiers of a plurality of part content included in each process and information which denotes dependencies among the plurality of part content. When information is inputted which designates a first process and the part content of a problem portion which is included in the first process, a process similar to the first process is retrieved. On the basis of whether there is a change in any of the plurality of part content which is included in the retrieved process, an evaluation value of the retrieved process is either incremented or decremented, and the information relating to the plurality of processes is outputted on the basis of the evaluation value.

  • Patent number: 9319284
Abstract: A delay in a configuration changing operation of a computer system including a manual procedure and an automatic procedure is detected. Based on actions of a setup tool or a configuration tool operated on IT resources, an event which occurs corresponding to the start and the end of a manual procedure is detected and the actual time of the manual procedure is calculated from the detection time points. Next, a delay rate is calculated from a scheduled time and the actual time of the manual procedure, and an end time point of an incomplete operation procedure is estimated from an estimated time required for the manual procedure with the calculated delay rate taken into account and from a time required for the automatic procedure to determine whether the scheduled operation will be finished within a period.

  • Publication number: 20150074666
Abstract: A second management computer (a management server) acquires either all or a portion of a plurality of task components from a first management computer (a content management server), creates an operation task process based on the acquired plurality of task components, and executes an operation task of the computer system in accordance with the created operation task process. The second management computer manages the execution result of the operation task process, and supplies the execution result to the first management computer. The first management computer acquires, from the second management computer, the configuration information and the execution result of the operation task process, retrieves a task component candidate on the basis of a request from the second management computer, presents the task component candidate to the second management computer, and provides a selected task component to the second management computer.

  • Publication number: 20140317254
Abstract: A management computer manages a resource to be managed and outputs an operation procedure to be automated from an operation procedure included in an operation for changing a configuration of the resource to be managed. The operation procedure includes a manual procedure and an automatic execution procedure. The management computer stores time information including an initiation time of initiating the operation procedure and a termination time of terminating the operation procedure and time-series information about the resource to be managed. The management computer acquires time-series information corresponding to the time information of the operation procedure from the time-series information, determinates whether the operation procedure takes time mainly for the manual procedure or takes time mainly for the automated procedure based on the acquired time-series information, and outputs the determination result.

  • Publication number: 20120117132
Abstract: An absolute path name and a command line of a process associated with a process operating on a business server are found from process information acquired from the business server. A standard process decision unit judges an OS standard process. An interpreter decision unit judges an interpreter name from the command line. A shared directory decision unit judges an executive file name located directly under a shared directory. A subdirectory decision unit judges a parent-child relation of an executive file directory from the absolute path name of the executable file. As a result, an application name recognition unit recognizes a name of an application.
