  • Patent number: 12194712
Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sheet body having an improved function of preventing icing and/or snow accretion. At least included are a solid oil-containing resin layer containing an oil and an oil-permeable surface resin layer that has higher wear resistance than the oil-containing resin layer and is layered on one of surfaces of the oil-containing resin layer. The oil included in the oil-containing resin layer includes a low-temperature exuding oil component capable of exuding from the oil-containing resin layer when a temperature decreases to a predetermined value or lower, and the surface resin layer has enough oil permeability to permeate the low-temperature exuding oil component exuding from the oil-containing resin layer to a surface of the surface resin layer that is opposite to a side of the oil-containing resin layer.

  • Publication number: 20220145028
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a film capable of enhancing snow sliding property and highly preventing snow accretion and/or ice accretion on a structure. The film of the present invention includes, as an outermost layer, an oil-containing layer containing an oil component in a resin, wherein the oil component bleeds from a surface of the oil-containing layer at a temperature not more than a predetermined temperature, the surface of the oil-containing layer has a concave-convex configuration, and the arithmetic mean height (Sa) in a 3.2 cm×3.2 cm region on the surface of the oil-containing layer is 4 ?m or more.

  • Publication number: 20220089836
Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a film which enables an oil to be held on a surface of an object over a long period and which makes it possible to reduce work costs and equipment construction costs. The film of the present invention includes a base material having a plurality of voids therein and an oil retained in the voids, wherein the voids on one surface of the base material have an average void diameter which is smaller than an average void diameter of the voids present near a thickness-direction center of the base material.

  • Publication number: 20210403754
Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a product, in particular, a coating material capable of preventing icing and/or snow accretion. This product includes a first oil component, a second oil component, and a first resin precursor, which is a precursor for a resin component. The first resin precursor including the first and second oil components is cured to form an oil-containing resin layer including the first and second oil components and the resin component. The second oil component constitutes a low-temperature phase-separable oil component that may be phase-separated from the first oil component to exude from the oil-containing resin layer when a temperature decreases to a predetermined value or lower.
