  • Patent number: 11921691
Abstract: A method includes receiving a series of writes that each requests respective data to be stored at a database. For each respective write, the method includes storing the respective data in a first buffer associated with a first data streaming application and a second buffer associated with a second data streaming application. The method includes transmitting the respective data to the database. The method includes receiving, from the database, confirmation that the respective data of the respective write has been committed to the database. The confirmation includes an order indicator indicating an order the respective data of the respective write was committed to the database relative to other writes in the series of writes. In response to receiving the confirmation, the method includes sending the respective data from the first buffer to the first data streaming application and from the second buffer to the second data streaming application.

  • Patent number: 11833961
Abstract: A method for controlling a lighting system in an interior chamber of a vehicle having controllable light sources that generate at least one reading light with a defined light cone and a light spot is provided. A gesture camera recognizes gestures of a person located in the interior chamber and the lighting system is controlled by the recognized gestures. A light controller is active between a starting point in time and an end point in time. When the light controller is active and in the event of a gripping or pointing gesture of a hand in the region of the light cone or light spot, the light cone or light spot is guided along with the hand carrying out the gesture.

  • Patent number: 11338731
Abstract: A device for controlling ambient lighting of a vehicle includes a light element in a vehicle interior, a touch-sensitive display unit, and a control unit. The light element emits light in one of a plurality of colors that can be generated by the light element. The display unit displays a plurality of colors of a predefined color spectrum simultaneously in a color scale, and detects a location of a user input made by touching the display unit. Via the detected location, the user input is assigned to an associated color displayed in the color scale and information about the color assigned to the user input is transmitted to the control unit, which controls the light element for emitting light in the color assigned to the user input. The light element and display unit have the same color space, such that the color associated with the user input, displayed on the display unit are the same.

Abstract: A device for controlling an interior lighting system of a vehicle to produce ambient lighting and/or reading lighting involves the interior lighting system having an array of a plurality of light sources. The device includes a control unit, by means of which the light sources of the array can be individually controlled in order to produce the ambient lighting and/or the reading lighting, and an input unit that can be connected to the control unit. The input unit has a touch-sensitive screen for inputting a current set of control information for the control unit. The control unit controls the light sources on the basis of the current set of control information. Furthermore, the input unit, on the basis of the current set of control information, displays associated ambient lighting and/or reading lighting for an illuminable region in the vehicle interior on the screen.
