    Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are disclosed for Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest Acknowledgement, HARQ-ACK, feedback. In one embodiment, a method implemented in a wireless device, WD, includes receiving, from a network node, a first Downlink Control Information, DCI, scheduling a physical downlink shared channel, PDSCH, and receiving, from the network node, a second DCI, the second DCI comprising a HARQ-ACK feedback request trigger triggering a HARQ-ACK feedback for the PDSCH scheduled by the first DCI. In another embodiment, a method implemented in a network node includes transmitting a first Downlink Control Information, DCI, scheduling the PDSCH, and transmitting a second DCI, the second DCI having a HARQ-ACK feedback request trigger triggering a HARQ-ACK feedback for the PDSCH scheduled by the first DCI.

    Abstract: A base station is configured to transmit user data to a wireless device upon a first carrier. The base station identifies, from a set of transmission resources that is nominally allocated for transmission of user data upon the first carrier, a subset of transmission resources that is also nominally allocated for transmission of a reference or control signal either by the base station upon a second carrier or by a neighboring base station upon the first carrier. The base station selectively transmits user data to the wireless device upon the first carrier exclusive of this identified subset of transmission resources. The device in some embodiments obtains information indicating that the base station is selectively transmitting user data upon the first carrier exclusive of the subset in this way. Based on this information, the device recovers user data received upon the first carrier exclusive of the subset of transmission resources.

Calls may be screened prior to notifying a called User Equipment (“UE”) that a call has been placed to the called UE. A Machine Learning Spam Detection Component (“MLSDC”) may screen a call, such as a voice call, by initiating a call session between the MLSDC and a calling UE, from which the call was requested. Via the established call session, the MLSDC may receive communications, such as voice communications, from the UE, and may determine a measure of likelihood that the call request is associated with spam by using machine learning or other techniques to compare the received communications against one or more models that indicate attributes of calls that have been identified as spam.
