  • Patent number: 11792081
Abstract: Managing network event data in a telecommunication network. The method includes obtaining a plurality of datasets having network event data associated with products provided by a different vendor, the network event data comprising a plurality of data instances representing a plurality of network event features. The method further comprises obtaining metadata describing the network event data in the datasets and generating feature description vectors from the obtained metadata, calculating a metric of the relation between network event features represented in the datasets and constructing a graph of the network event features represented in the datasets, with edges weighted according to the calculated metric, partitioning the graph into clusters by minimising an edge cut between network event features, labelling network event features in the cluster with a normalised network event feature index and inputting the labelled network event data to a model for making at least one of recommendations or predictions.

  • Patent number: 11726961
Abstract: A document object may be transmitted to a plurality of user devices. The document object may include at least one field for display of a content object of a group of content objects. The field may be associated with an identifier corresponding to the group of content objects. When the document object is accessed, then the access may trigger a request to a server, which may select a content object of the group of content objects using a content object identification function. The content object identification function may be dynamically updated based at least in part on the document object being accessed by one or more of the plurality of user devices. Responsive to the request, a unique content object identifier corresponding to the selected content object may be transmitted to the user device and displayed at the accessed document object.

  • Publication number: 20230207080
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses to improve the handling of exceptions during the retrieval and processing of health records from various data sources are provided. During the retrieval and processing of health records, exceptions to typical behavior are recorded with context at the data extraction protocol level, at the health record level and at the level of elements with the document. Accordingly, insights may be developed and configurations, rules, or coding changes, based on the detected exceptions may be proposed. In some instances, an operator may be notified about the exceptions such that the operator may act on the insight. In some instances, the processing of extracted records (documents, messages) may be deferred until the operator has made appropriate changes to configuration, rules, or code. In some instances, the system may supplement and/or replace the operator with machine learning engines that act on the developed insights.

  • Publication number: 20230156033
Abstract: Systems and methods for assessing cybersecurity risk of a computer network include the use of a risk model application that is configured to determine an initial cyber risk score value based upon an underwriting process. A cyber risk data stream is sent from the client’s computer network to the system processor to periodically calculate an updated cyber risk score based upon actual data. The system processor is adapted to use the data stream to generate client information that is accessible by the client via a web-based client portal. In embodiments, the cyber risk data stream can be actively monitored to identify a threat of a cybersecurity breach.

  • Publication number: 20230137091
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure include systems, methods, computing devices, computer-implemented methods, and the like for modeling and/or simulating performance of a telecommunications network during one or more failure scenarios that reduces computational time and/or power over previous simulation techniques. Modeling and simulating the network may include generating an initial network model from network data information and applying one or more transformations to the initial network model to reduce the size of the model. Following transformation, simulation methods may be applied to the generated network model based on routing characteristics of the components of the network. To reduce the computations utilized to simulate such components and/or routing decisions in the network, one or more simulation algorithms may be applied to the transformed network model to reduce the number of routing decisions simulated.

  • Publication number: 20220382801
Abstract: A request for information (RFI) system is provided for use in communications networks including broadcast networks and the Internet. In one implementation, a code identifying an item of media content of interest (e.g. television, newspaper, magazines, billboards, radio) is captured and input to an RFI system that includes stored media tags and a search tool for matching inputs to the stored media tags. Upon receipt of the captured code, the RFI system matches the captured code with the stored media tags and provides a response to the user based on the match. The response may include or relate to follow-on or premium information relating to the content of interest. Using this information, an RFI data center or an RFI platform may credit value to a rewards account established for the network user based on the user's verified consumption of assets and/or data requests.

  • Publication number: 20220309041
Abstract: In non-limiting examples of the present disclosure, systems, methods and devices for selectively virtualizing software application functions are presented. An application package for a containerized software application may be received. The application package may comprise an application manifest and a virtualization exclusion for a first location of a global file system of the computing device. The containerized software application may be installed in a container comprising a virtual file system. An indication to write a first new file at the first location may be received by the containerized software application. A determination may be made that the first location comprises the virtualization exclusion. The first new file may be written to the first location of the global file system based on the determination that the first location comprises the virtualization exclusion.
