    Abstract: Provided is a three-phase system V2O3/VN/Mo2C nanoelectrode material, and a preparation method and application thereof. The nanoelectrode material comprises V2O3 particles, VN particles, and Mo2C particles. The V2O3 particles, VN particles, and Mo2C particles are interlaced in lattice stripes and are uniformly distributed. The mass ratio of the V2O3, VN and Mo2C is (1 to 4):(10 to 40):(4 to 16). The above-mentioned three kinds of nanoparticles are intertwined to form more incoherent interface area. The increase in the area of the incoherent interface area will cause more defects, so that more active sites are provided, and the hydrogen production performance is improved.

    Abstract: Data usage by networking and data processing services is measured using a timeslot system. The timeslots have multiple states for collecting, collecting with processing, and expired timeslots. Data from upstream components is reported to local manager clusters and placed into timeslots corresponding to a timestamp of the data. Data can be reported from local managers to an entitlement service and/or a cloud service portal. Timing inconsistencies due to latency or processing time can be resolved by accounting for a timestamp difference using a timestamp difference value between the timeslot time and the reporting time. Data can be deduplicated, cleaned, and/or compacted. Data can be also be version controlled, with timeslots maintaining a version number. Complete and accurate tracking of data usage and associated costs is improved by reporting and collecting usage data using state-based timeslots.

The Kaufman ion thruster includes a discharge chamber, a central cathode, a gas supply assembly, a steel magnetic assembly, an insulating barrier and a grid system, wherein the central cathode is coaxially inserted in the center of a front panel; the gas supply assembly includes an electronegative working substance gas source, a conventional working substance gas source, N electronegative working medium gas supply pipes and N working medium gas supply pipes; the insulating barrier includes a central connecting rod and 2N fins. Self-neutralization can be achieved without the need of neutralizers. In addition, the center-oriented thrust modes can be used for spacecraft orbit control; and the eccentric thrust mode can be used for spacecraft attitude adjustment.
