    Abstract: A surgical system includes an attaching device having an end effector disposed at the distal end thereof. The end effector includes a support member, a wrist pivot pivotably coupling the end effector to the attaching device, and first and second jaw members pivotably coupled to one another and the support member. A first cable is operably coupled to the wrist pivot and configured to articulate the end effector relative to the attaching device. Second and third cables are operably coupled to the jaw members and configured to pivot the jaw members relative to the support member. A first actuation of the second and third cables collectively pivots the first and second jaw members relative to the support member. A second actuation of the second and third cables pivots the first and second jaw members relative to one another and the support member between a spaced-apart position and an approximated position.

At least one raised bump protrudes from the lower surface of the skive finger, spaced apart from a tip of the skive finger. A mounting mechanism positions the skive finger in operative relation to the first roller with the at least one raised bump contacting the surface of the first roller at a contact point such that the sharp edge along the first surface of the skive finger is spaced apart from the surface of the first roller by a distance of between 50 and 120 microns.

    Abstract: A signaling bus having a plurality of adjacent logical lanes, each logical lane having an odd signal path and an even signal path. Driving circuitry drives each logical lane by transmitting, if data has changed from an immediately preceding cycle, a one cycle signal having a first transition direction on the even signal path on even cycles and transmitting a one cycle signal having the first transition direction on odd cycles. If data has not changed, transmitting a two cycle signal having a second transition direction on the even signal path on even cycles and transmitting a two cycle signal on the odd path having the second transition direction on odd cycles. Receiver circuitry alternates selection of the even cycle path and the odd cycle path to determine if data has changed from the immediately preceding cycle.
