Abstract: A system and method for providing notifications to a mobile device using a computer network. The system comprises one or more memory devices storing programing instructions and one or more processors configured to execute the program instructions to cause the system to perform operations. The programing instructions include receiving location and speed from a mobile device of a user and determining the mobile device of the user is stationary for a predetermined amount of time. A group of users is then clustered based on location they were stationary for a predetermined amount of time. Common health issues (such as exposure to a contagious disease/virus) are then determined within clustered group of users.
