  • Patent number: 11831823
Abstract: A schedule coordination system includes a multifunction peripheral and an information processing apparatus. The multifunction peripheral includes a first communication I/F, a storage device in which schedule information indicating a task and a date and time of execution is stored, and a first control device that acts as a task scheduler that decides whether a current date and time has reached a predetermined date and time of startup, on a basis of the schedule information, and performs, upon deciding that the current date and time has reached the date and time of startup, a predetermined process necessary for executing the task indicated by the schedule information, and a controller that executes the task. The information processing apparatus includes a second communication I/F and a second control device that acts as an executor that executes an operation according to a command transmitted from the task scheduler.

  • Publication number: 20210227081
Abstract: An information processing apparatus includes an image reading device, and a control device that acts as a text converter, a divider, an extractor, and a text processor. The text converter converts a source image acquired by the image reading device from the source document, into text data. The divider divides the text data converted by the text converter into a plurality of text groups, using a predetermined criterion. The extractor extracts, from the plurality of text groups divided by the divider, a key text group containing a specific word identified by a predetermined rule, among words contained in the text data constituting the plurality of text groups. The text processor creates processed text data by placing the key text group at a head position, and placing remaining text groups other than the key text group in the plurality of text groups, at a position subsequent to the key text group.

  • Patent number: 11039031
Abstract: This information processing system (100) includes an information processing device (1) and a display input device (2). The display input device (2) receives settings of a first target, first processing, a second target, and second processing. The information processing device (1) takes, as a condition, the execution of the set first processing by using the set first target, and, when the condition is satisfied, generates a workflow (5) for executing the set second processing by using the set second target.

  • Patent number: 10956108
Abstract: This information processing system (100) comprises an information processing device (1) and a display input device (2). The information processing device (1) generates workflows (5) for using a preset second object to perform second processing on the condition that preset first processing has been performed using a preset first object. The information processing device (1) displays, on the display input device (2), a list of the written workflows (5). The information processing device (1) displays combined images (90) representing the workflows (5) in the list. The combined images (90) are images combining an image representing the first object and an image representing the second object.

  • Patent number: 10078480
Abstract: The image forming apparatus includes a communication unit, a sheet feed unit, a printing part, a storage unit, an operation part, and a control unit. With an economy mode set, the control unit selects, as first document data, one piece of document data out of document data stored in the storage unit. The control unit makes a comparison between the first document data and newly received second document data. The control unit recognizes a missing portion that is present in the second document data but absent in the first document data. The control unit generates missing-and-added image data for printing of only the missing portion. The control unit instructs for feeding sheets of a set printed matter based on the first document data and for executing printing based on the missing-and-added image data.
