  • Publication number: 20220186869
Abstract: The invention relates to a fitting for permanently connecting to at least one tube, the fitting including: a main body; a retaining element which has locking elements for locking to a corresponding locking element of the tube to be connected; a sealing element; and a blocking ring, the blocking ring allowing movement of the retaining element in the radial direction in a first axial position and preventing movement of the retaining element outwards in the radial direction in a second axial position. Said fitting solves the technical problem of providing a fitting suitable for permanently connecting tubes.

  • Patent number: 11325178
Abstract: A pressing tool for pressing fittings to produce pipe connections, with two opposing pressing jaws, each having a pressing section and a lever section, and having a retaining element for swivel connecting the pressing jaws, wherein the pressing sections form a receiving section and wherein pressing the lever sections apart causes the receiving section to close. An actuator spindle, a spindle nut and at least two actuator levers are provided, and each actuator lever is swivel connected at one end to the lever section of a pressing jaw and each actuator lever is swivel connected at another end to the spindle nut. A method for pressing fittings for the production of pipe connections is also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 11092265
Abstract: The invention relates to a fitting to be connected to at least one pipe, in particular a plastic pipe or plastic-metal composite pipe, having a main body, having at least one supporting body connected to the main body for insertion into a pipe end and having at least one pressing sleeve connected to the main body for receiving the pipe end, the pressing sleeve having a cylindrical pressing section. The technical problem of improving the fitting for pressing, in particular with small motor-driven or manually driven pressing tools, is solved by the fact that the pressing sleeve is made of a metal with a microhardness of less than 65 HV 1, in particular less than 50 HV 1, preferably in the range from 40 to 50 HV 1 measured according to Vickers, and that the ratio of wall thickness of the pressing section to the outer diameter of the pressing section is less than 0.06, preferably in the range from 0.03 to 0.06. The invention also relates to a method for establishing a connection.

The technical problem of pressing fittings to produce pipe connections in a simple and cost-effective manner is solved by the fact that an actuator spindle, a spindle nut and at least two actuator levers are provided, that each actuator lever is swivel connected at one end to the lever section of a pressing jaw and that each actuator lever is swivel connected at another end to the spindle nut. The invention also relates to a method for pressing fittings for the production of pipe connections.

  • Patent number: 9851229
Abstract: A distribution valve with an integrated flowmeter unit, which exhibits a main flow channel, through which a medium can flow in a main flow direction, and a secondary flow channel branching from the latter. The distribution valve includes a distribution valve housing containing a main pipe, a first conduit pipe connection, a second conduit pipe connection and at least one branch lying in between. The main flow channel in the main pipe runs from the first conduit pipe connection to the second conduit pipe connection. The branch empties into a first housing part, which includes an outlet. The outlet of the first housing part empties into a second housing part, which accommodates a flowmeter body and includes an outlet that forms a third conduit pipe connection. The secondary flow channel runs from the at least one branch of the main pipe to the outlet of the second housing part.
