    Abstract: A locking closure for a rotary control member includes a compartment portion, a base portion and an access portion. The access portion has an access opening disposed therein proximate to and adjacent to the rotary control member. A cover plate is securely mounted on the closure access portion and covers the access opening. The access portion includes an extension which interferingly engages an edge of the cover plate so as to prevent any rotational movement of the cover plate away from the access opening.
