Abstract: Apparatus and methods for page-based soft post package repair are disclosed. Based on data stored in a storage element, an address may be decoded to a prime row, a row-based redundant row, or a page-based redundant row. A match logic circuit may determine whether the address corresponds to a defective prime row and generate a match signal. A decoder can select a redundant row to be accessed instead of a prime row in response to the match signal indicating that the address data corresponding to the address to be accessed matches defective address data stored in a volatile memory. A page-based redundant row allows for page-by-page substitution for defective memory, allowing functional portions of memory to continue to be used.

Abstract: Herbicidal compositions containing (a) an amide herbicide selected from flufenacet, dimethenamid or a stereoisomer thereof, acetochlor, or metolachlor or a stereoisomer thereof, (b) fomesafen or an agriculturally acceptable salt thereof, and (c) saflufenacil are disclosed, wherein components (a), (b) and (c) are present in amounts effective to reduce the phytotoxicity of the saflufenacil. Methods of making and using herbicidal compositions containing (a) metolachlor or a stereoisomer thereof, (b) fomesafen or an agriculturally acceptable salt thereof, and (c) saflufenacil are also disclosed.

Abstract: The invention provides a liquid herbicidal composition in the form of an emulsifiable concentrate, comprising a mixture of: (i) pinoxaden; (ii) a C1-C12alkyl ester or a 2-(C1-C6alkoxy)C2-C4alkyl-ester of fluoroxypyr; and (iii) a built-in phosphate and/or phosphonate adjuvant as defined herein; preferably tris-(2-ethylhexyl) phosphate. The invention also provides a method for controlling and/or inhibiting the growth of weeds from the genus Kochia, comprising applying a liquid herbicidal composition to these weeds or to their locus, at a time after emergence of the weeds, wherein the liquid herbicidal composition comprises a mixture of: (i) pinoxaden; (ii) a ester of fluoroxypyr; and (iii) a built-in phosphate and/or phosphonate adjuvant as defined herein.
