    Abstract: An improved package for needled sutures comprising a plastic pack for one or more PTFE (optionally silk, cotton or other) sutures sealed within protective plastic envelopes wherein the suture is arranged within molded compartments of the pack, spaced apart by thin plastic spacers where multiple sutures are housed, and the needles firmly held across a U-shaped slot at the top of the holder by tabs or in curved slots so as to be easily accessible from either side of the pack when the protective envelopes are opened.
