The method includes: (step 1) installing a plurality of steel pipes to stand up at regular distance on the floor of a place with water; (step 2) inserting a drilling rod into each of the steel pipes, to excavate a bedrock with a bit attached to an end portion of the drilling rod and fixing the drilling rod on the bedrock; and (step 3) placing and curing an accelerating agent containing concrete or mortar inside each of the steel pipes. According to the disclosed method, the solar generating apparatus mounted on a floating plate can be more securely supported by firmly installing the support column.
