Abstract: Novel pre-wipes and methods are disclosed for assisting in the cleaning of skin in the anal area. The pre-wipes comprise an anti-adherent formulation and are wiped across the anal region of a user prior to defecation to introduce a film of the anti-adherent formulation onto the anal region. This film reduces the amount of fecal material that is retained in the anal region after defecation and reduces the amount of cleanup required. This reduced amount of cleanup results in cleaner, healthier skin.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for supplying day care providers with products related to diaper changing. The system includes a holder and a diaper that is secured to the holder. The system further includes a surface disinfectant that is secured to the holder. The method includes securing a diaper to a holder. The method further includes securing a surface disinfectant to the holder and delivering the holder to a day care provider. The system and method may supply day care providers with diaper changing products in a manner that facilitates multiple diaper changes per day under disinfected conditions.

The cleanser compositions are structured liquids capable of suspending a skin benefit agent therein to improve transfer of the skin benefit agent to the skin upon use of the wash. In one embodiment, the skin benefit agent is a lipid material, which remains on the skin after washing to provide skin barrier enhancement.
