The UV-curable hard coating composition can be coated on a plastic material such as polycarbonate to form a coated film having excellent material adhesion, abrasion resistance, and weather resistance. The coating composition may be coated by a general coating method. In some instances, inorganic particles as a coating component are not included in the coating composition. Few foreign substances are generated during spray-coating using the composition. The coating composition can be easily stored. Also, the coated article can be polished or recoated with the UV-curable hard coating composition if needed.
