  • Publication number: 20160240901
Abstract: As a cooling draft flows from a rear side to a front side of battery cells (72) inside a battery pack (30), it is divided into two cooling drafts (F1, F2) in a left-right direction, which is the direction that the battery cells (72) are disposed in parallel, and those two cooling drafts respectively flow through a plurality of passageways that longitudinally extend along the battery cells (72). More particularly, a second battery cell (722) is cooled by the cooling draft flowing in a second ventilation-path volume (Q2) before a first battery cell (721) and a third battery cell (723) are cooled by cooling drafts respectively flowing in a first ventilation-path volume (Q1) and a third ventilation-path volume (Q3), which are longer than the second ventilation-path volume (Q2).

  • Patent number: 9285797
Abstract: A chatter vibration detection method includes acquiring vibration data of a tool (4) at a time of machining a workpiece at a predetermined sampling period (?t), calculating an autocorrelation coefficient (Rxx?) corresponding to a time required for a cutting edge (4a, 4b) to contact the workpiece (W) several times based on acquired time series vibration data and calculating a period (Tx) of characteristics of the calculated autocorrelation coefficient (Rxx?), and deciding that chatter vibration occurs when a contact period (T1) at which the cutting edge (4a, 4b) contacts the workpiece (W) is not an integral multiple of the calculated period (Tx).

  • Publication number: 20160064369
Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a mesh-patterned power source wiring that supplies respective circuits with a power source voltage supplied to a plurality of locations at an outer periphery of the semiconductor device. The semiconductor device also includes a back-biasing wiring supplying, to a semiconductor substrate, a substrate voltage that controls a threshold voltage of a semiconductor element. The back-biasing wiring includes a upper layer mesh wiring that receives a supply of a substrate voltage, and a lower layer mesh wiring that is provided in a different wiring layer from the upper layer mesh wiring. The outer peripheries of the upper layer mesh wiring and the lower layer mesh wiring are connected to each other through plural vias.

  • Patent number: 8999542
Abstract: A battery housing portion S includes regulating members 30 adapted to fit grooves of a battery pack having a T-shape cross section, so that the battery pack can be housed in the battery housing portion S in the state that the both regulating members 30 fit the grooves. The regulating members 30 regulate housing orientation of the battery pack 20, so that misjudgment about orientation of the battery pack 20 is prevented. In addition, if the orientation has been misjudged, an operator can notice such misjudgment immediately, thereby improving the operability during mounting the battery pack 20.
