  • Publication number: 20220307531
Abstract: A gripping clip, preferably formed of plastic material, the clip for receiving edge portions of netting or tarp, with a hinged interlock between two mating halves of the clip to receive and grip the netting or tarp. More specifically, the clips are formed of two connected part, joined together by a hinge and by interlocking features. The clip includes a top connected to a base with a hinge, the base has a set of posts extending from the base and the top has a set of post-holes. The top interlocks to the base, with each post of the base received into a post-hole. The netting seats on the clip base, with each post extending through the netting, and the netting retained between the top and base of the clip. The clip also includes a hole to receive a snap-link for attachment to a support.

  • Publication number: 20190183719
Abstract: A medical walker apparatus and a method for using the medical walker. Embodiments of the medical walker include a wheeled frame and a compromised limb gait system attached to the wheeled frame, where the compromised limb gait system is configured to guide a limb of a user through a simulated gait motion. In aspects, the medical walker gives an amputee patient mobility by providing a leg brace support for the compromised limb with a flexible connection to the walker that guides the compromised limb through a biomechanically proper walking motion, thus allowing the compromised limb to be exercised.

  • Patent number: 8034073
Abstract: A vasoocclusive embolic device deployment system for use in the placement of an embolic coil at a treatment site within a vessel. The embolic coil includes an elongated stretch resistant fiber having one distal end bonded to the distal end of the embolic coil. The stretch resistant fiber includes portions which take the form of periodic undulations separated by portions which are straight. The stretch resistant fiber extends through the lumen of the coil and the other distal end is bonded to the proximal end of the coil. The stretch resistant fiber may be attached to the embolic coil at additional points between the proximal and distal ends of the coil. Additionally, a headpiece is mounted on the proximal end of the embolic coil and serves to couple the embolic coil to a deployment catheter.

  • Patent number: 7941520
Abstract: A system and method of managing telephone network facilities. A telephone network facilities database, such as LEIS, is accessed and selected information, including wire center location, equipment and slot information stored therein, is extracted and re-stored in a relational database. Additional fields in the relational database are populated based on the information extracted from the telephone network facilities database. The additional fields represent working ADSL and T1 facilities, ADSL and T1 capacity, and ADSL and T1 availability. A graphical user interface is provided that displays several views of the data in the relational database. Color coding aspects of the graphical user interface indicates capacity levels.
