  • Publication number: 20230185954
Abstract: A system for generation and distribution of data handling requirements associated with sensitive data among a plurality of computing networks is described. Specifically, data generated at a first computing network may be tagged with associated data handling requirements. A reference library entry may be generated to include an indicator of the data and the associated data handling requirements. The reference library entry may be distributed to the plurality of computing networks, wherein each of the plurality of computing networks may add the reference library entry to corresponding reference libraries. Updates to the reference library entry, made at any one of the plurality of computing networks, may be propagated to other computing networks such that an updated listing of data handling requirements is accessible to users associated with the plurality of computing networks.

  • Patent number: 11631807
Abstract: Aspects of the present technology are directed toward Integrated Circuits (IC) including a plurality of trenches disposed in a substrate about a set of silicide regions. The trenches can extend down into the substrate below the set of silicide regions. The silicide regions can be formed by implanting metal ions into portions of a substrate exposed by a mask layer with narrow pitch openings. The trenches can be formed by selectively etching the substrate utilizing the set of silicide regions as a trench mask. An semiconductor material with various degree of crystallinity can be grown from the silicide regions, in openings that extend through subsequently formed layers down to the silicide regions.

  • Publication number: 20230081641
Abstract: A single two-dimensional (2D) image can be used as input to obtain a three-dimensional (3D) representation of the 2D image. This is done by extracting features from the 2D image by an encoder and determining a 3D representation of the 2D image utilizing a trained 2D convolutional neural network (CNN). Volumetric rendering is then run on the 3D representation to combine features within one or more viewing directions, and the combined features are provided as input to a multilayer perceptron (MLP) that predicts and outputs color (or multi-dimensional neural features) and density values for each point within the 3D representation. As a result, single-image inverse rendering may be performed using only a single 2D image as input to create a corresponding 3D representation of the scene in the single 2D image.

Abstract: An ultrasound transducer assembly that includes a piezoelectric layer configured to resonate and generate ultrasound signals around a predetermined ultrasound frequency in which the piezoelectric layer has a width to thickness ratio of at least about 0.6. A conductive matching layer is connected to the top surface of the piezoelectric layer to condition the ultrasound transducer for broad frequency bandwidth operation. A conductive backing layer is connected to the bottom surface of the piezoelectric layer. The ultrasound transducer assembly further includes a rigid body over which the conductive backing layer is positioned, the rigid body assembled for encompassing a central longitudinal axis of a catheter body. A signal and ground electrode may form a metallic layer over the top of or below each of the piezoelectric layers. Electrical waveguides may be connected to corresponding signal and ground electrodes of the transducers.

  • Patent number: 11195637
Abstract: Elastomer compositions with high dielectric constants are disclosed. Embodiments of the disclosure include a high dielectric constant (high-K) elastomeric composition comprising an elastomer, carbon black (CB), and organoclay (OC). The composition is not dependent on any raw material with inherent high-k or any metal oxide type material that changes conductivity with applied voltages. The composition instead uses distributed electric fields and polarizability with carbon black and organoclays. This allows for a high-k material through polarizability with limited large-scale electron sharing.

  • Patent number: 11196152
Abstract: An antenna system. The system includes a feed network with first input/output terminals and second output/input terminals, and antenna elements forming an array. In a first configuration: each of the second plurality of output/input terminals is connected to one of the antenna elements, the array operating according to a different radiation pattern based on which one of the first plurality of input/output terminals carries a signal into the feed network. In a second configuration: a selected antenna element is disconnected from the second plurality of output/input terminals and receives a direct signal, bypassing the feed network, and operates according to its independent radiation pattern. Also, in the second configuration each remaining antenna element is disconnected from the second plurality of output/input terminals and connected directly to a detuning network, causing these antenna elements to have a minimal effect on the independent radiation pattern of the selected antenna element.
