  • Patent number: 9589440
Abstract: A lamp tube and a lamp fixture with sensing capability are disclosed. The lamp tube with sensing capability includes a lamp tube body, and the lamp tube body includes a power converting unit, an LED strip and a sensing unit. The power converting unit is for receiving AC power and outputting DC power for driving the LED strip and the sensing unit. The sensing unit will timely output a fire alarm signal to notify the firemen and the people nearby when a fire occurs. The shape of the lamp tube with sensing capability is the same as a normal lamp tube, so both of them can be installed in the same lamp fixture. One normal lamp tube is replaced by the lamp tube with sensing capability to include a fire sensing function. The safety is enhanced and the installation is convenient.

  • Publication number: 20160239033
Abstract: A power switch control system with area-based switch grouping utilizes original compartments in a building as groups to be controlled, and includes multiple intelligent switches respectively installed in multiple switch wiring boxes originally and selectively located in the compartments. Each intelligent switch is electrically connected to multiple pieces of power-consuming equipment through a corresponding switch wiring box, and receives switch control commands transmitted from an electronic device to turn on or off the multiple pieces of power-consuming equipment connected to the switch wiring box, so as to group and remotely control power-consuming equipment in the compartments. As no rewiring is needed, the power switch control system can effectively reduce the cost for operation.

  • Publication number: 20160209856
Abstract: A power restriction management system includes a network switching device with a preinstalled power restriction sequence value and a managing server. The network switching device is connected to a power source to acquire power and at least one electronic device to perform power restriction in the electronic device. The managing server is connected to the network switching device via Internet and controls the network switch device to perform power restriction in the corresponding electronic device or not according to the power restriction sequence value of the network switching device. The managing server controls the network switching device with the specific power restriction sequence value to perform power restriction in the corresponding electronic device. It is not to perform power restriction in all electronic devices without differentiation and the goal of the power restriction is achieved and impact and loss to the users can be reduced.

  • Publication number: 20160203529
Abstract: A billing method for lighting equipment includes steps of installing an electricity consumption meter, recording the power of first lighting equipment and transmitting the power of the first lighting equipment to a billing server, replacing the first lighting equipment with second lighting equipment, recording power of the second lighting equipment and transmitting the power of the second lighting equipment to a billing server, calculating a billing parameter using the billing server according to a difference between the power of the first lighting equipment and the power of the second lighting equipment and further calculating a saved charge for billing fairness. Besides, as the amount of electricity consumed by the second lighting equipment is directly sent to the billing server, lighting equipment suppliers can directly collect reasonable service charge from customers without requiring electric bills provided by the customers.

  • Publication number: 20160198547
Abstract: An intelligent light control system has an electronic device and a light switch apparatus with a function of a power meter. The electronic device generates a remote control command or a read command based on a user's operation. The remote control command or the read command is transmitted to the light switch apparatus. The light switch apparatus turns on or turns off an illuminating apparatus according to the remote control command. The light switch apparatus sends power consumption to the electronic device according to the read command, such that the electronic device displays the power consumption. For convenience, the user can remotely turn on or turn off the illuminating apparatus by operating the electronic device, and can monitor and manage the use of the illuminating apparatus by reviewing the power consumption.

  • Patent number: 9220153
Abstract: An illuminating apparatus and control method is adapted to keep a constant total brightness of the ambient light and light produced by the illuminating apparatus. The illuminating apparatus has a control module storing an objective brightness and detect the ambient brightness through an optical sensor. The control module turns on a lamp according to a comparison result of the objective brightness and the ambient brightness. Hence, a total brightness of the lamp's brightness and the ambient brightness is adjustable to be equally bright as the objective brightness. The illuminating apparatus of the invention does not provide excessive brightness and accordingly conserves electric power energy.
