  • Patent number: 10437778
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention include systems, methods, and computer-program products for archive validation and retention parameter determination for documents. The system may generate or receive image documents. Utilizing image quality and data storage metrics the system may trigger the purging and/or retention of documents in image and/or paper form. Furthermore, the system may identify a duration of storage, location of storage, and the like. Upon retention, the system may continually monitor the documents and store metadata associated with the use of the retained documents. This monitoring may identify a period for purging the document, efficiently allowing for physical or server space availability.

  • Patent number: 10437880
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention include systems, methods, and computer-program products for a feedback loop for enhancing archive validation and retention parameter determination for documents. The system may generate or receive image documents. Utilizing image quality and data storage metrics the system may trigger the purging and/or retention of documents in image and/or paper form. Upon retention, the system may continually monitor the documents and store metadata associated with the use of the retained documents. Once the documents are purged, the system compiles historic data points associated with the image quality and data storage metrics. Furthermore, the system extracts the metadata associated with the monitoring of retained documents. These data points and metadata are reviewed to provide revisions in retention parameters for specific documents. A feedback loop directly communicates and integrates the revisions to the metric and criteria for instant integration.

  • Patent number: 10067869
Abstract: Embodiments enable distributed data processing with automatic caching at multiple system levels by accessing a master queue of data processing work comprising a plurality of data processing jobs stored in a long term memory cache; selecting at least one of the plurality of data processing jobs from the master queue of data processing work; pushing the selected data processing jobs to an interface layer including (i) accessing the selected data processing jobs from the long term memory cache; and (ii) saving the selected data processing jobs in an interface layer cache of data processing work; and pushing at least a portion of the selected data processing jobs to a memory cache of a first user system for minimizing latency in user data processing of the pushed data processing jobs.

  • Patent number: 9823958
Abstract: Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for routing data processing among different processing channels based on source-error probabilities. The present invention is configured to receive a data processing job comprising at least one data processing item; determine a first source of the at least one data processing item; determine a source error probability associated with the first source; and based on the determined source error probability, route the data processing item for data processing to an automated data processing network or a manual data processing network.
