    Abstract: A semi-automatic corrosion box of a copper clad laminate is disclosed. The corrosion device comprises a box body which has no cover; a baffle plate which divides the corrosion box into an upper part and a lower part, wherein a copper clad laminate circuit board is placed on the baffle plate, and a temperature detection module, water pumps and a heating rod are placed on a lower part; and a thermal imaging camera which is placed on a pressing plate through a bracket. Modules in corrosive liquid are connected with an external single chip microcomputer control module through corrosion-resistant wires. The working mode of the present invention is that time and temperature are set with a key matrix at first, and the control module can automatically stop working and enter a low power consumption mode.

The main chain of the polymer has a polymer structure containing a polyarylether group, the side chain has a methoxypolyethylene glycols structure, and the structural formula of the polyarylether-based polymer is as follows: and the preparation method for the polyarylether-based polymer with side chain in methoxypolyethylene glycols structure comprises: step (1): preparing a polymer containing a polyarylether group; and step (2): dissolving the polymer containing a polyarylether group and methoxypolyethylene glycols in a solvent, then adding a catalyst, dripping a co-catalyst after the catalyst is dissolved, and conducting reaction while stirring to obtain the polyarylether-based polymer with side chain in methoxypolyethylene glycols structure.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of polymer science, and disclosed thereby is a bio-based polyarylene ether resin containing a furan ring structure and a preparation method thereof. A bio-based monomer containing a furan ring structure furan-2,5-bis(4-fluorophenyl)methanone (BFBF), which is inventively prepared by using a bio-based derivative furan dicarboxylic acid (FDAC), undergoes a nucleophilic substitution reaction with one or more from a dihydric phenol monomer and a dihalobenzophenone monomer to prepare a bio-based homopolymerized or copolymerized polyaryletherketone resin containing a furan ring structure. The introduction of a bio-base into the field of special engineering plastics diversifies the types of polyaryletherketone resins, while also effectively responding to an oil crisis.
