The film bulk acoustic resonator includes a first substrate, a support layer bonded on the first substrate, a first cavity formed in the support layer, a piezoelectric stacked layer on the support layer, a first trench and a second trench which are formed in the piezoelectric stacked layer, a dielectric layer over the piezoelectric stacked layer, a second cavity formed in the dielectric layer, and a second substrate covering the second cavity, where the first trench is connected to the first cavity, and the second trench is connected to the second cavity.

Abstract: An effective capacity estimation method and system for super capacitor energy storage systems are provided. The method includes: establishing a nonlinear electrical model of supercapacitor cell and an equivalent electrical model of a supercapacitor system; obtaining the first test data by charging the supercapacitor cell; based on the first test data, setting the initial value of parameters of the nonlinear electrical model of the supercapacitor cell by a preset algorithm; using a least-square method to identify the parameters of the nonlinear electrical model of the supercapacitor cell; obtaining electrical parameters of the equivalent electrical model of the supercapacitor system except the connection resistance parameters, carrying out a charging test of the supercapacitor system to obtain the connection resistance parameters, and estimating an effective capacity of the supercapacitor energy storage system based on the equivalent electrical model of the supercapacitor system after parameter identification.

The vertical guide frame is a hollow cylindrical structure and driven to rotate around an axis of the vertical guide frame by a power mechanism, and an outer wall of the vertical guide frame is provided with multiple sets of first guide rollers.

The epitaxial structure includes a first type semiconductor layer, a light emitting layer and a second type semiconductor layer. The first type semiconductor layer, the light emitting layer and a first portion of the second type semiconductor layer form a mesa. A second portion of the second type semiconductor layer is recessed relative the mesa to form a mesa surface. The first insulating layer covers from a top surface of the mesa to the mesa surface along a first side surface of the mesa, and exposes the second side surface. The second insulating layer directly covers a second side surface of the second portion, wherein a thickness ratio of the first insulating layer to the second insulating layer is between 10 and 50.

Abstract: A method for adding dimensions to a visual representation is disclosed. In one embodiment, such a method obtains a data set containing data in a plurality of rows and columns (i.e., dimensions). The method divides the dimensions into a plurality of groups and determines a coordinate system for each group. For each row in the data set, the method determines data points for each group in the corresponding coordinate system. The method then connects the data points for each row with lines to create a visual representation for the data set. In certain embodiments, each group in the data set utilizes a two-dimensional coordinate system. In other embodiments, each group in the data set utilizes a three-dimensional coordinate system. In yet other embodiments, a mix of two-dimensional coordinate systems and three-dimensional coordinate systems are used. A corresponding system and computer program product are also disclosed.
