    Abstract: An apparatus and method for debonding a pair of bonded wafers are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the debonding apparatus, comprises: a wafer chuck having a preset maximum lateral dimension and configured to rotate the pair of bonded wafers attached to a top surface of the wafer chuck, a pair of circular plate separating blades including a first separating blade and a second separating blade arranged diametrically opposite to each other at edges of the pair of bonded wafers, wherein the first and the second separating blades are inserted between a first and a second wafers of the pair of bonded wafers, and at least two pulling heads configured to pull the second wafer upwardly so as to debond the second wafer from the first wafer.

A flight altitude estimation system includes a logic device configured to communicate with a communication module and a flight barometer coupled to an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), wherein the communication module is configured to establish a communication link with a base station associated with the mobile platform, and the flight barometer is configured to provide flight pressures associated with the UAV as it maneuvers within a survey area. The logic device is configured to receive demark pressure data from a demark barometer coupled to the base station and determine a differential flight altitude estimation based, at least in part, on received flight pressure data and demark pressure data, a reference flight pressure and a reference demark pressure corresponding to a flight initiation location of the base station.

The method may also include forming a first spacer adjacent the dummy gate, and removing the dummy gate to form a cavity, where the cavity is defined at least in part by the first spacer. The method may also include performing a plasma treatment on portions of the first spacer, where the plasma treatment causes a material composition of the portions of the first spacer to change from a first material composition to a second material composition. The method may also include etching the portions of the first spacer having the second material composition to remove the portions of the first spacer having the second material composition, and filling the cavity with conductive materials to form a gate structure.
