Abstract: A method for producing a phosphor includes: providing a blend composed of: (i) a magnesium source; (ii) a silicon source; (iii) an aluminum source; (iv) an oxygen source; (v) a solid nitrogen source; (vi) an ammonium halide; and (vii) an activator ion source; coating the blend with an initiator to obtain a tablet; placing the tablet in a heat insulator; placing a ceramic powder between the tablet and the heat insulator; and heating the tablet to obtain a magnesium-alpha-SiAlON-hosted phosphor.

Abstract: A method for preparing an ester is provided. The method includes steps of mixing an acid and an alcohol in a reactive distillation column to generate a first gas mixture; transporting the first gas mixture out of the reactive distillation column; cooling down the first gas mixture for a phase separation to obtain a first liquid mixture in an upper phase; transporting the first liquid mixture back to the reactive distillation column; obtaining a second liquid mixture at a middle section of the reactive distillation column; transporting the second liquid mixture to a separative distillation column; and obtaining the ester at a bottom section of the separative distillation column.

Abstract: A method for transmitting audio data of a plurality of audio sources through a single SPDIF link, includes: sequencing and multiplexing the audio data of the plurality of audio sources to pack the audio data of the plurality of audio sources into a plurality of frames of a block; performing bi-phase mark encoding on the audio data in the frames; appending preambles Z, X, and Y of the AES3/SPDIF stream format to the frames according to the number of audio sources in a first mode, or appending preambles Z, X, and Y of the AES3/SPDIF stream format and a specific preamble differing from preambles Z, X, and Y to the frames according to the number of audio sources in a second mode; and outputting the frames carrying the audio data into the SPDIF link with a frame rate greater than an audio sampling frequency of one of the audio sources.

Abstract: A apparatus formed on a motherboard of computer complied with PC99 standard for converting to six-channel output from two-channel is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a CODEC, a MIC_IN connector switch, first, second, and third filters, and a resistor circuit. In a six-channel output mode, the rear left and rear right surround signals and LINE_IN_L and LINE_IN_R signals are fed into the third filter.
