    Abstract: A device includes: a tube having a first portion and a second portion; and a plunger insertable from the first portion side of the tube and having a tubular portion that can fit an inner surface of the first portion and a rod-like portion that can fit an inner surface of the second portion and is supported by the tubular portion, wherein when the tubular portion fits the inner surface of the first portion, a first state where the inner surface of the second portion and the rod-like portion are spaced apart from each other and a second state where the inner surface of the second portion and the rod-like portion fit together are formed, and in the first state, a communication path communicating the inside of the second portion with the inside of the tubular portion is formed, while in the second state, the communication path is blocked.
