Abstract: The present invention is a dual-chamber multi-channel speaker for an audio system which has four stereo surround sound channels including a right front channel, a left front channel, a rear surround channel and a center channel. The preferred embodiment of the present invention speaker dual-chamber multi-channel speaker comprises a VCR shaped cabinet having a front chamber and a rear chamber, each being an independently sealed enclosure. A tweeter and two midranges are installed in the front chamber for producing sound effects of the center channel of the audio system. A subwoofer is installed in the rear chamber for producing low frequency sound effects of the right and left front channels. The center channel drivers are front-firing. The subwoofer may be up-firing or down-firing.

Abstract: An improved stereo speaker system wherein the tweeter is movably and rotatably mounted on the interior of the vehicle's windshield so that the direction of the sound emanating from the tweeter can be adjusted to the preference of the listener. The tweeter is mounted in a shell which may cause the tweeter to remain fixed in the shell or alternatively permit the tweeter to be rotated within the shell. The shell in turn is mounted on the windshield of the vehicle. The shell may be mounted in a fixed orientation if the tweeter is rotatable within the shell. Alternatively, the shell may be mounted on a post with a rotatable bearing, comparable to the mounting of the rear view mirror in present day vehicles, so that the shell itself can be rotatable to orient the sound emanating from the tweeter in any desired direction. The tweeter itself may be rotatable within the shell to provide further refined directional orientation of the sound.

Abstract: An easy to install wall mounted stereo speaker assembly wherein the woofer of the speaker is mounted in the assembly wall frame and the tweeter is both mounted in and self contained within the assembly wall frame. The easy installation requires only that a circular opening be cut in the wall to enable the rear portion of the woofer to extend through the dry wall or sheetrock and two simple holes drilled in the wall to accommodate the support bolts to retain the wall mounted speaker assembly on the wall.
