  • Patent number: 5433246
Abstract: A pressure coupling for facilitating connection of an air pump with a water faucet to expel water from water lines connected with the faucet by operation of the air pump. In a preferred embodiment the pressure coupling includes a valve stem threadably seated in a metal cap which threads on the spout of the faucet. The hose of a manual or automatic air pump is threaded on the valve stem to pump air from the air pump into the faucet and through the water pipes connected to the faucet to clear the pipes of water and prevent the pipes from freezing and bursting in freezing weather.

  • Patent number: 5051027
Abstract: The Boat Lift has two support rods with a lower pulley connected to each end of each support rod. An upper pulley and a winding device with a ratchet are located above each lower pulley. Four cords and a winch are provided. Each cord has one end connected to one winding device and extends downward around its associated lower pulley; upward around its upper pulley; and has its other end coupled to the winch. Operations of the winch lowers and raises the support rods. The ratchets and winding devices are employed to allow the two support rods to be leveled.

  • Patent number: 4135398
Abstract: A device for measuring the depth of a body of water and for marking the position of measurement to facilitate structural fishing. The device comprises a base for supporting an annular scale for rotation relative to said base. Float means is provided for supporting the device in the water with a portion of the scale above the surface of the water and with its axis of rotation horizontal. Also provided is a rotatable spool having a line wound around the spool. A weight is connected to the free end of the line for unreeling the line as the weight sinks in the water. Means is coupled between the spool and the annular scale and is responsive to rotation of the spool for rotating the annular scale an amount which is a function of the length of line unreeled from the spool as the weight sinks in the water.
