The main latch has a latched position where the main latch is configured to extend a first distance from an unhinged edge of a door panel. The main latch is configured to be retractable toward the unhinged edge of the door panel by rotation of a latch drive hub in each of a clockwise direction and a counterclockwise direction relative to a first side of the door panel. The multipoint lock also includes at least one auxiliary latch and a deadbolt drive hub. Rotation of the deadbolt drive hub substantially simultaneously actuates the main latch and the at least one auxiliary latch.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes a corner pad for an entryway. The corner pad may have a mounting surface configured for attachment to a frame member. The corner pad may also have a sealing surface opposite from the mounting surface. At least a portion of the sealing surface corresponds with a sealing region designed to seal against a stile of a door panel. A profile of the sealing surface within the sealing region is non-linear. Thus the profile creates a varied thickness of the corner pad within the sealing region to provide varying levels of compression when sealing with the stile, and to accommodate variations in a margin between the frame member and the stile.

Abstract: An adjustable length astragal having a housing with an upper shoot bolt and a lower shoot bolt positioned adjacent opposite ends of the housing. An actuator is attached to the housing, connected to and configured to simultaneously extend or retract the upper and lower shoot bolts. An adjustable connection assembly is provided between the actuator and at least one of the shoot bolts. The connection assembly adjusts the distance between the actuator and the respective shoot bolt in each of the shoot bolt's extended and retracted positions.

The hinge assembly also includes structure for limiting pivoting of the sash arm relative to the shoe. The hinge assembly further includes means disposed on the hinge frame for assisting insertion of a portion of the shoe into the channel to mount the shoe on the track. An adjustment mechanism, having an eccentric adjuster and a quick-connect structure, pivotably connects the swivel arm to the frame.

The base is mounted on the window frame. The moveable member is pivotally supported by the base. In instances where the sash window may become misaligned within the window frame, the moveable member engages the sash window as the sash window moves to its closed position. The moveable member provides a lift force to the sash window to enhance the alignment of the sash window as the sash window is placed in the closed position.
