  • Patent number: 11922591
Abstract: A system aligns a 3D model of an environment with image frames of the environment and generates a visualization interface that displays a portion of the 3D model and a corresponding image frame. The system receives LIDAR data collected in the environment and generates a 3D model based on the LIDAR data. For each image frame, the system aligns the image frame with the 3D model. After aligning the image frames with the 3D model, when the system presents a portion of the 3D model in an interface, it also presents an image frame that corresponds to the portion of the 3D model.

  • Publication number: 20240035844
Abstract: Aspects concern a method for correcting errors in map data comprising obtaining map data specifying travel possibilities between locations, generating a routing graph from the map data by assigning a vertex to each location and an edge from one vertex to another vertex if the map data specifies that it is possible to travel from the location to which the first vertex is assigned to the location to which the second vertex is assigned, identifying the largest strongly connected component of the routing graph, identifying one or more further strongly connected components of the routing graph, detecting errors in the map data by identifying travel possibilities that are not in the map data which lead to missing connections between the one or more further strongly connected components of the routing graph and the largest strongly connected component of the routing graph and amending the map data by the identified travel possibilities.

  • Patent number: 11879696
Abstract: A sectional radiator seal arrangement including a sectional radiator having a core and a bonnet, a nozzle defined by a cylindrical sidewall extending from and in fluid communication with the bonnet and the core, the nozzle configured for creating a seal with a radiator tank and a sleeve formed from a corrosion resistant material fitted about a portion of the cylindrical sidewall of the nozzle. A retaining compound can be provided between the sleeve and the radiator tank for preventing an ingress of coolant at the seal and into contact with either the nozzle or the bonnet. A method of reducing corrosion of the radiator seal also is provided.

  • Publication number: 20230259846
Abstract: A communications server apparatus and method for forecasting demand for services is provided, the server managing the provision of services based on received queries. Data records comprising data instances of service queries within a past time period are received. Modified data records are derived by modifying a value of a feature of one or more of the data instances to a standardized value. The feature is a parameter relating to an offer, by the server, to provide a service in response to a query. The data instances of the modified data records are input into a classification model, wherein the classification model predicts whether or not a service booking will be made. Classification predictions are output by the classification model and an estimate of potential demand for the past time period is determined based on the classification predictions, for improved forecasting of demand for services.
