    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described for shared radio frequency spectrum band access information. A sensing device may monitor one or more frequencies of the shared radio frequency spectrum band and may receive signaling indicating access information (e.g., automated frequency control information). The access information may indicate one or more frequencies of the shared radio frequency spectrum band that are accessible for the sensing device. The scheduling device may obtain the access information from an access point, local storage media, or the like. In some examples, the scheduling device may transmit signaling indicating the accessible frequencies based on a request message from the sensing device. The sensing device may receive the access information and may communicate on one or more of the indicated frequencies accordingly.

    Abstract: A sidelink device can perform a network coded sidelink transmission without increasing resource overhead by using resources originally reserved for retransmission of a packet. The sidelink device can reuse the reserved resources when retransmission is not needed based on feedback of the initial sidelink transmission. In one aspect, the sidelink device can use reserved retransmission resources to transmit a network coded transmission of sidelink data received from other sidelink devices. In one aspect, the sidelink device can use the reserved retransmission resources to transmit a network coded transmission including a retransmission of the sidelink device's own sidelink data and sidelink data from other devices.

The described techniques provide for techniques for signaling a transport block format of a retransmitted transport block of a slot aggregated packet. In response to receiving a negative acknowledgment (NACK) from a second user equipment (UE) for a transport block of a slot aggregated packet, a first UE may transmit a sidelink control information (SCI) message to the second UE indicating a transport block format for a retransmission of the transport block. Accordingly, the second UE may accurately determine a size and format of the retransmitted transport block. The first UE may retransmit the transport block in accordance with the indicated transport block format, and the second UE may decode the retransmitted transport block in accordance with the indicated format of the retransmitted transport block.

By means of the method provided by the present invention, the maximum error between a pulse energy generated by the identified excimer laser energy model and an actual pulse energy is less than 1.5%, and thus, a simulation requirement of excimer laser energy characteristic control can be met.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer storage media, for retransmission of sidelink transmissions using network coding with binned feedback. A transmitting device transmits a transport block and a request for a network coding (NC) encoding device to retransmit the transport block to a plurality of user equipment (UEs). The UEs decode the transport block and report an acknowledgment (ACK) or negative acknowledgment (NACK) on a physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) resource associated with a bin for the UEs. The NC encoding device decodes the PSFCH resource for each bin to determine an ACK or NACK status for each bin, and determines whether to encode the transport block in a NC combination packet. The UEs receive the NC combination packet including an encoding of a subset of transport blocks. The receiving devices transmit an ACK or NACK on a PSFCH resource for a bin for each transport block.
