    Abstract: An internal vibrator for vibrating a plastic material such as concrete has a measuring device for determining certain operating parameters, e.g. for measuring the motion of a vibrating cylinder in which a device for generating vibrations is accommodated or a power consumption or speed of an electromotor belonging to the device for generating vibrations. Two acceleration sensors that are able to detect the acceleration values for the vibrating cylinder in the concrete to be vibrated are also suitable since this enables conclusions to be made about the result of the vibration. The measuring values of the acceleration sensor and a power measuring device are evaluated by an evaluation circuit and can be conveyed to the user via a display.

    Abstract: A mining member designed as a cutting roller for a continuously operating surface miner for mining mineral raw materials of high strength. The roller body is equipped for this purpose with mini-disk bits of identical design. Since different conditions occur over the entire width of the roller during the separation of the material from the soil, the roller body is designed correspondingly, and the arrangement of the mini-disk bits is adapted to these conditions. The mini-disk bits in the edge areas are placed at a greater density than are the mini-disk bits (7) in the middle area. In addition, mini-disk bits are directed obliquely toward the outside as free-cutting bits at the two outer edges of the cutting roller. The height of the mini-disk bits is selected to be such that their individual virtual rolling paths together form a virtual cutting roller body, which comprises a middle cylinder, which is joined on both sides by outwardly tapering frusta.

    Abstract: A small sized disk bit includes a bit holder accommodated in a bearing journal on its side (overhangingly), and a disk body with asymmetrically designed wedge flanks mounted rotatably thereon. To enable the disk body to absorb high radial and axial strong forces encountered during the engagement of the disk on a solid rock, the disk body is designed as a one-part disk body with a blind hole with its surface and the bearing journal surface being designed as components of the bearing. The bearing involves the combination of a radial and thrust bearing each, where the thrust bearing is milled into the track of the radial bearing. A ball bearing is used as the axial bearing and a needle roller bearing, a cylindrical roller bearing or a slide bearing is used as the radial bearing. The diameter of the ball bearing is larger than the diameter of the needle rollers, or the cylindrical rollers or the thickness of the sliding bush of the slide bearing.
