    Abstract: A manufacturing method for multilayer ceramic capacitors in which the surface energy of the pore layers for forming the internal electrodes produced after sintering is raised by chemical reduction so that the subsequent molten metal injection process does not require high pressure. Also a novel quasi-electrode material which enables spontaneous permeation of the molten electrode material into the pore layers.
