The smart lock includes: respective databases corresponding to N unlock modes, N is an integer greater than 1, and the method includes: receiving a registration command transmitted by a terminal device; acquiring first unlock information of a current unlock mode according to the registration command; and storing the first unlock information of the current unlock mode into a database corresponding to the current unlock mode. Therefore, unlock efficiency of the smart lock is improved.
