    Abstract: First, second, and third trenches are formed in a layer over a substrate. The third trench is substantially wider than the first and second trenches. The first, second, and third trenches are partially filled with a first conductive material. A first anti-reflective material is coated over the first, second, and third trenches. The first anti-reflective material has a first surface topography variation. A first etch-back process is performed to partially remove the first anti-reflective material. Thereafter, a second anti-reflective material is coated over the first anti-reflective material. The second anti-reflective material has a second surface topography variation that is smaller than the first surface topography variation. A second etch-back process is performed to at least partially remove the second anti-reflective material in the first and second trenches. Thereafter, the first conductive material is partially removed in the first and second trenches.

A method for increasing the data volume of the control signal, which is used in the image display system, includes increasing the time for transmitting the control signal, changing an encoding method of the control signal to increase a data volume which is transmitted in unit time or outputting an analog image signal and the control signal at the same time. Therefore, the data volume of the control signal in a frame of image can be increased.

The stator assembly includes a stator core and a plurality of coils. The outer rotor assembly corresponds to and covers the stator assembly. The outer rotor assembly includes a plurality of magnets and a rotor yoke. The plurality of magnets is disposed corresponding to the plurality of coils. The front lateral shielding sheet is a metallic sheet, the front lateral shielding sheet is disposed between the stator assembly and the outer rotor assembly, and the front lateral shielding sheet corresponds to and covers the plurality of coils. The impeller includes a plurality of blades. The rotor yoke drives the plurality of blades rotating. Thereby, the outer rotor type fan structure can be shielded and the fan can operate properly.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method of a package structure is described. The method includes at least the following steps. A carrier is provided. A semiconductor die and a sacrificial structure are disposed on the carrier. The semiconductor die is electrically connected to the bonding pads on the sacrificial structure through a plurality of conductive wires. As encapsulant is formed on the carrier to encapsulate the semiconductor die, the sacrificial structure and the conductive wires. The carrier is debonded, and at least a portion of the sacrificial structure is removed through a thinning process. A redistribution layer is formed on the semiconductor die and the encapsulant. The redistribution layer is electrically connected to the semiconductor die through the conductive wires.

    Abstract: A snow protection device mainly includes a piece of waterproof cloth, two bars, and at least two rubber magnets. The waterproof cloth includes a piece of cloth that is light-weighted, windable, and resistant against penetration of water. The two bars are respectively mounted to opposite side edges of the waterproof cloth. The rubber magnets are of magnetic attraction and are flexible and are arranged on the waterproof cloth at locations adjacent to and beside the bars. As such, the two bars can be used to collapse and expand the waterproof cloth and the rubber magnets may be securely attached, by means of magnetic attraction, to locations around a windshield so as to securely hold the waterproof cloth in position. The waterproof cloth is thus set to shield and cover the windshield. The resistance against water penetration of the waterproof cloth prevents water from contacting and being frozen on the windshield.
