    Abstract: A process of assembling a wiper system, in which, in a transport position, the wiper arms are fixed onto the wiper shaft in a simply releasable manner and then the unit, pre-assembled in such a way, is delivered to the manufacturer of motor vehicles. There the wiper arms are swivelled from their transport position into their operational position and are permanently fixed onto the proper wiper shaft. Matching the wiper arms to the wiper system during the transport effectively prevents the manufacturer of motor vehicles from assembling them wrongly.

    Abstract: This invention describes a windshield wiper system comprising a windshield wiper which may be linerarly driven to and fro by means of a driving member extending transversely to the longitudinal direction of the windshield wiper. The driving member is guided in a frame from which projects a carrier for the windshield wiper. In the emergence area of the carrier from the frame there is provided a hollow-cylindrical seal of elastic material, which seal is diametrically penetrated by the carrier. The carrier and the driving member are thus protected against weather influences, because in the seal there is sort of an air cushion. If required the seal can due to its shape without any problem serve as a real heating hose and/or as a discharge hose for condensation water.

Thereby a low mode of construction of the wiper arm can be adhered to.     Abstract: A windshield wiper system includes two windshield wipers of which each is mounted on a separate wiper shaft and may be driven to and fro by a separate motor between an inner reversing position and an outer reversing position, which windshield wipers are at least partially superposed in their inner reversing position and rotate in opposite directions through one wiping cycle. The two windshield wipers are moved without collision even though they wipe an overlapping area. The first windshield wiper is driven by its associated motor with a greater angular velocity of the output shaft than the second windshield wiper is driven by its motor. In addition the first windshield wiper is stopped for a predetermined time in its inner reversing position between two wiping cycles.

In order to reduce the effect of the brake device on the worm shaft when the window pane is adjusted by the electric motor, the brake element is the rotatable part of a rotation limiting device and, in the axial direction, it is supported on a stop.

    Abstract: In a tire pressure monitoring device for motor vehicles the electric signal of the pressure sensor is galvanically transmitted directly via the outer ring, the rolling bodies and the inner ring of a rolling bearing carrying the rotating wheel. The signal transmission is effected via leads and contact connections automatically opened when the wheel is demounted and automatically closed when the wheel is mounted. The inflation pressure is also conducted via a rolling bearing developed as a sealed unit in order to remote-adjust the tire pressure en route.
