Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a control method and a control device for an electric switch, and an electric switch. The control method includes: obtaining a voltage signal representing a control voltage, the control voltage input to the electric switch and applied to an electromagnetic assembly of the electric switch via a regulation device of the electric switch; determining, based on the voltage signal obtained, a target control parameter for the electromagnetic assembly, the target control parameter comprising at least one of a target voltage and a target current; and generating, based on the target control parameter determined, a control signal for the regulation device, to cause the electromagnetic assembly to drive a movable contact of the electric switch to contact a static contact of the electric switch. The solution of the present disclosure can effectively reduce wear of contact points of contacts, to thus prolong the service life of the electric switch.

  • Publication number: 20240030111
Abstract: A semiconductor package includes low voltage and high voltage contact pads, an output contact pad, a half-bridge circuit, and first, second and third leads. The half bridge circuit includes first and second transistor devices coupled in series at an output node. Both transistor devices have a first major surface which extends substantially perpendicularly to the low voltage contact pad, the high voltage contact pad, and the output contact pad. Both transistor devices are arranged in a device portion of the package and are mounted on a first lead, the first lead providing the output contact pad and being arranged on a first side of the device portion. The second and third leads are arranged in a common plane on a second side of the device portion that opposes the first side. The second lead provides the low voltage pad and the third second lead provides the high voltage output pad.

  • Publication number: 20230412821
Abstract: This document describes systems and techniques for encoding a video frame using different compression ratios or compression algorithms for text blocks and non-text blocks. The described systems and techniques can determine, using a machine-learned model, which blocks of a frame include and do not include text. The described systems and techniques can then use a different compression ratio or compression algorithm for text blocks than the compression ratio or compression algorithm used for non-text blocks. For example, the systems and techniques can encode the text blocks using a first compression ratio that results in higher video quality than a second compression ratio used on at least some non-text blocks. In this way, the described systems and techniques can improve text legibility in a video file without significantly increasing the bandwidth requirements to transmit the video file to remote computing devices.

  • Publication number: 20230229895
Abstract: Systems and methods for producing a neural network architecture with improved energy consumption and performance tradeoffs are disclosed, such as would be deployed for use on mobile or other resource-constrained devices. In particular, the present disclosure provides systems and methods for searching a network search space for joint optimization of a size of a layer of a reference neural network model (e.g., the number of filters in a convolutional layer or the number of output units in a dense layer) and of the quantization of values within the layer. By defining the search space to correspond to the architecture of a reference neural network model, examples of the disclosed network architecture search can optimize models of arbitrary complexity. The resulting neural network models are able to be run using relatively fewer computing resources (e.g., less processing power, less memory usage, less power consumption, etc.), all while remaining competitive with or even exceeding the performance (e.g.

  • Publication number: 20220206683
Abstract: Implementations of the subject matter described herein provide a keyboard and an electronic device. The keyboard comprises a touch-sensitive region configured to send an indication of a position of a touch to the electronic device. The electronic device may display a menu including a plurality of configurable menu items. A shape of the menu matches a shape of the touch-sensitive region, and the menu item corresponding to the touch position may be highlighted, such that the user may acknowledge the touch position without looking at the keyboard. In this case, input efficiency may be improved in case of selecting menu items, since the user does not need to divert its sight from the display to the keyboard or the pointing device.

Abstract: Example systems and methods are disclosed for performing a timing analysis on a circuit design. A plurality of switching scenarios are identified for the circuit design. One or more predictive models are applied to predict a subset of the plurality of switching scenarios that are likely to cause timing paths with critical timing problems. A dynamic voltage analysis is performed on timing paths based on the subset of switching scenarios. The one or more predictive models are applied to predict a set of critical timing paths based on the subset of switching scenarios that are likely to cause critical timing problems, the one or more predictive models taking into account the dynamic voltage analysis. A timing analysis is the performed on the set of critical timing paths.
